Walking distance to restaurants and tourist attractions. They cancelled my shark dive a few hours ahead of pickup because I became ill. Very friendly.

We got a free room upgrade to celebrate our anniversary! It is the most affordable place to stay, given its excellent location. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Our favourite thing is the sauna, which you can book for a specific time at no extra charge. Staff were exceptionally hospitable and friendly.

Loved the rooftop view and the location. There are lots of great restaurants on the same street as well as the spa was terrific!

amazing location - close & safe to walk to many restaurants. view from the rooftop is just INCREDIBLE! staff is super kind & helpful, bed very comfortable. room is soooo quite, despite very centrally located. food (breakfast & dinner) was good! really recommended ❤️

The hotel was lovely, bright, fresh and airy as you walk in. Lots of space. The staff was friendly and very helpful in getting to the rooms. The views of Table Mountain and surrounding area were stunning, especially at sunset. Having a rooftop bar was amazing and an outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi was lovely. We had a short stay with friends, but made the most of the space. The finishings in the hotel and rooms were lovely. I'd recommend this place to anyone and would stay again myself.

Without the staff, I wouldn't have found my room, however. The numbering system was not intuitive. I'm not sure if anything can be done here for a little more self-guided option to the room.

The location is perfect for a Table Mountain view, with great restaurants around. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

Excellent service, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We appreciated the complimentary upgrade. Loved the decor of the room and the bed was so Big and Comfie, had the best sleep. The location of the hotel was great, near to restaurants and bars. Breakfast was delicious and although it was al a carte it was a great variety of options available. In closing I just want to mention that the hotel has the best Table Mountain views from the rooftop. Absolutely beautiful ❤️

Really a sublime experience --- from the moment of check-in with such helpful staff with bags and a safe place to park, to being treated like VIP guests with free sauna/hot tub experiences organized, to stunning & super clean & quiet rooms with comfy beds, to a superb restaurant with the best views of Table Mountain. Honestly very blown away and don't leave reviews often, but a full 10/10 for the amazing team at Cloud 9! Thank you!

It's amazing but don't go there for the swimming! Pool is tiny! But the rest is perfect!

Excellent location. Décor and use of space is great, with green walls on multiple levels. Staff were efficient and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Cloud 9!

Stayed here for the second time and just as positive an experience as the last. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Real selling points are the amazing rooftop views, great area and quiet pool area. Thank you to the staff who were able to accommodate the requests we had. Hopefully will be back!

Not a reflection on the hotel but the restaurant food was average.

So lovely. Fourth or fifth time of staying which must say something. So clean. So comfortable. Great location. Lovely roof top decks. Friendly staff. Great on site salon/ spa. Nice food offerings. Breakfast especially good.

Nothing- first world problem in that hot tub was toooo hot ( for broiling January days. Would have been bliss in August!) But this is hardly a negative; just a spoilt western comment.

Very comfortable, in a great location, walking distance to good bars and restaurants

We would have preferred a first floor room, our ground floor room lacked a bit of privacy. The pool area had a bell to alert staff that you needed to make an order, this was not very efficient, the staff sometimes took a long time to arrive and take your order. The bell should be replaced with an intercom to avoid the staff having to make two trips to take your order!
