The Capital 15 on Orange Hotel & Spa

Hotel guests were extremely noisy until 2:00:AM and the night manager hadn't done anything about it. The staff seemed to be confused. We didn't like the set up of the rooms either.

Location, room service was excellent, room was great.

Room cleaning times was very late, suntra sauna gave me dirty towels, 3 star spa in a 5 star hotel, the gym is poorly equipped for 5 star standards.

Amazing service from the staff. Quick check in . Comfortable beds.room was spacious and very clean.

The location, closer to Table Mountain, Long Street and shops.

Central location

Clean and ultra friendly staff - great breakfast and Capetown is totally amazing.

The pool wasn't as clean as I would expect but it's open and on the 2nd floor so I can totally understand that it can get stuff blown into the water

Staff was not that welcoming

We had an amazing stay at The 15 Capital Orange Hotel & Spa! The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a beautiful suite. The spa was relaxing and the restaurant served delicious food. Everything was perfect from start to finish thank you to the whole team!

The Capital 15 on Orange is an under rated hotel. The staff is amazingly warm and always there to help. The rooms are spacious and so are the bathrooms. I enjoyed everything. Location wise, you are walking distance (steps away) from some of the most vibrant places of Cape Town CBD.

Some electrical plugs by the "desk" were not working nor was the light above the desk (room 301).

The breakfast was amazing, and the staff also were so welcoming. With smile always. I loked the hotel. The room were so big with a lot of space. Mor then this the staff helped me surprise my husband dor his birthday

The idea that for using the spa facilities we need to to pay. For example, using the worm pool its not possible without paying.

There was a sraff called Eithen he was very helpful and cooperative, his help was above expectation

It's in a great, very central neighbourhood that makes it easy to get around and about. The room was amazing, very spacious, comfortable and perfectly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Nadia who helped us out enormously organising our Honeymoon!

Very good facilities. The room was spacious, the staff was very accommodating. The best part was the view of the Table Mountain.

The hotel staff was great with us always ready to help with getting us a cab or showing us around. Nadia stood up from all the stuff that helped us always very gentle and making sure we were ok. She was amazing.

It would be good to have transfer/charter to some places like waterfront or the mall

The hotel was a solid 10/10. Everything was perfect — from the relaxing spa to the top-notch service, and the breakfast was incredibly varied with a wide selection to choose from. And a special mention to Nadia, who truly blessed the end of our stay. Honestly, we’ll definitely be coming back!

The breakfast , stuff and cleaniness

Staff was friendly, the room was very spacious and they made sure to replenish the coffee supply in the room. The lighting was perfect, and it was true luxury experience especially when you have the price in mind. Would recommend.

The food was a bit expensive.
