the staff were friendly and attentive, the breakfasts were great, and the room was spacious and located on a high floor. I appreciated the pool, spa, gym, and the convenient shuttle service to the beach and waterfront.
It was close to everything
Breakfast was great everyday. The room was beautiful with lots of natural light from the floor to ceiling sliding door windows. Tub and shower were very relaxing. Room service is available which is helpful for day that you have experience jet lag.

the area around the hotel didn?t feel very safe, noise from nearby nightlife was disruptive, and water tended to spill onto the floor while showerin
Room was smaller than what I expected
It is in the financial district so I would say it is top rated for a business hotel but 5 stars should really be reserved for places like the Ritz Carlton or high end boutique hotels

Breakfast was great everyday. The room was beautiful with lots of natural light from the floor to ceiling sliding door windows. Tub and shower were very relaxing. Room service is available which is helpful for day that you have experience jet lag.

Hotel was fantastic all around. They went above and beyond and gave us an incredible surprise gift for our honeymoon. So happy with everything!!
