Breakfast was good, Location excellent

No Airconditioning, cramped room being a sauna with western sun

Warm, caring staff welcomed us and walked te extra mile to care for our needs.....ran the extra mile when I forgot my watch in the room?

Time available to stay there was too short?

Great location. Pictures of the hotel and room looked amazing. Breakfast was great.

We decided on this hotel because of the location and the proximity to the sea. The windows were so dirty you could hardly see the sea. The tap in the basin in the bathroom sink was completely loose, you had to hold the base to open and close the tap. Some cupboard doors did not have handles. The rate is too high for what you get.

Location is really nice- not busy section of the beach, beautiful view and traffic to get to and from is easy. Breakfast was great along with the drinks and other menu items. The staff are really the ones that made it a special stay- always willing to go the extra mile with a smile on their faces. Really made us feel welcome and appreciated as guests

Property should get a good cleaning outside- windows etc.. it really impacts the enjoyment of the place. Additionally plumbing should be looked at, there was constantly a bad smell coming from our bathroom, although it was clean and cleaned daily.

The staff were all super friendly especially Candy and Emerson, which really made it feel so at home

The check in time is 16:00 which is personally very late in my opinion, we called to request for an earlier check-in and were told the earliest check-in they could assist with was at 15:00 which ended up being at 13:00 which was great when they called to tell us we could come through, the room was extremely small and right next to the reception and the restaurant which was super noisy, the outside also led to a general sitting area and every time someone sat there we had to close the curtains and blinds for privacy, very annoying

Location and memories it brought

When i could not get a refund to attend a friends mothers funeral..I was asked to produce prrof. Who ask froends their parents death certificates for something like that?

Not a great experience

Rooms were smaller and more cramped than expected.Only being able to check-in after 16h00 is not good.Shower and water pressure was terrible.

Food was good.Dinner was not as good as the previous evening but was told the normal chef was off.

The last night our room next door had 7 or 8 people partying till 3.00amWe were told that they were entertaining some prostitutes. At 3.30am security was called, and after an altercation threw them out. Some were hiding in another room, and after a lot of crashing doors and shouting eventually left.The question is how security allowed them all to come in at 12.00 completely drunk. It did spoil our stay.

Beautiful facility Amazing staff who are extremely helpful and always ready to make the experience amazing. The food was the best I ever had in long time. Always fresh and tasty

Nothing was bad except the room size

- The location is beautiful - The staff are amazing, I would come back because of this alone.

- the hotel doesn’t seem to have active and strong backup power, and you are left in the dark for almost 10 minutes before the lights come on (so you are sitting in the dark). They also don’t provide lamps for when that happens so you use your phone if you are lucky enough to have one that has a torch. When the inverter eventually kicks in it only ran for about 30-45 minutes and for the rest of the time we had to stay in the pitch black darkness until the staff brought a candle when we had 15 more minutes of loadshedding left.-the Breakfast is not as extensive. The hot Breakfast is only eggs and bacon, nothing more. The cold breakfast includes canned fruit and yoghurt options like olives, etc. Don’t expect anything gourmet.

Staff was very friendly, awesome view from room and breakfast table. Very nice interior to room and hotel.

Very friendly staff.. Attention to detail. On our last morning my tea was brought to the breakfast table and the lady (without me noticing) saw a chip on the cup she immediately took it away and brought another cup..

Unfortunately there was an altercation Saturday early hours of the morning 2:30am with one of the guests but this was sorted out swiftly..

Excellent location and has a great outdoor seating area where you can watch amazing sunsets.

Front of house service relatively disorganised and limited hotel information readily available.

Superb customer service. Felt like my home away from home. Right on the beach, very calm and peaceful. Staff all very friendly and polite. Wish I had stayed longer!

The location is very scenic with some of the best views of Table Mountain available. The house itself is well appointed, although a little tired, and the room spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly for the most part and very helpful.

Breakfast was not great to say the least, very poorly executed. The receptionist/check in lady/Manageress did not appear to be all that happy to be there, the rest of the staff were however very friendly and helpful. The parking is public parking which is also the parking for the beach (Public on street).

Friendly staff gave us the best service. Most beautiful sunsets! Great location. The food was divine and exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! We will definitely be coming back.

On the beach and in the centre of blouberg. Easy to get to! Modern style and easy to come and go.

Shower was not clean. They have the most amazing views from the decks which no one uses because they never clean their windows - it’s so sad. Also no secure parking. Staff were rude when we arrived (before 8pm when they confirm check in is until 10pm). Also - the room next to us was the same room (and price) and was empty the entire time we were there… might’ve been nice to have been offered that room with a view instead of ours without one…

Stunning location and the best views, pity windows are sk dirty that i could not appreciate the stunning views, initially the fridge didn’t work and doesn’t fit in under counter. Shower drain blocked

The food served was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The views from our room was amazing. The room itself was very beautiful. Everything about our stay was amazing and a major thanks to all the staff that made our engagement that much more special.

Nothing could have been any better.
