The location , price , and aesthetic of the hotel is beautiful - overlooking the old ratanga junction felt like waking up in Jurassic Park movie

It was a safe stay,with lots of surrounding restaurants and shops.I would like to appreciate Nozi front desk manager for excellent service rendered.

The restaurant toilet was not pleasant.

Every thing was on point. Food ,staff and the property very beautiful. With nice view.

Centrally located. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Modern room.

Staff on duty were not very helpful. Could be due to very busy reception area that were under construction still. Definitely not a private bathroom as advertised - if you are travelling as a couple - as shower is next to bed which is separated only by glass. Toilet is separate.No extras, e.g. kettle, coffee etc as you would expect in a hotel room.

we had to pay extra for the parking which I felt was unnecessary if you stayed in the hotel.

The receptionist gave me a hard TimeTried to make a payment but all the options were unavailable. Then the receptionist gave me an attitude and kicked me out of my room. Next time I hope you have other payment options left

Beautiful modern trendy.It is small but just right for the one night stay.Certainly a corporate hotel, but was perfect for what we needed.A little expensive compare to other options, but on this occasion location beat price.Staff and trendy room also made up for the price

It was clean, and quiet, while very near the conference center and shops. Breakfast was good, a wide variety. The name change from my colleague to mine was easy when I had to take over her trip. Unfortunately, I had to get a new access card for my second night, but that went rather smoothly.

I was only for a brief time in the hotel, but I could not connect to the free Wi-Fi. I had no time to inquire about what I was doing wrongly. (I was told a username and password upon check-in. The mobile phone loader in the desk did not work either. This was not a real issue as I was prepared with my loaders etc.

Bed mattress was hard..a topper would make it nicer :)

Great staff and awesome cleanliness

We found that the rooms could have had more facilities especially at the price point.Went out at night and it was difficult to make out way back into the hotel even though we had our access card we had to call reception.

My room smelt like a sewerage that made it difficult for me to sleep. My colleague had issues with noise.

The hotel was modern and comfortable, and suited my needs perfectly, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location in relation to the shopping centre and for walking along the picturesque canals is perfect. The canal view from the lounge / dining area is tranquil, and the evening ambiance in the restaurant / bar area sublime. There is covered, secure parking available next to the hotel.

The restaurant attendant was wonderful, and apologetic that my first two menu requests were unavailable. I struggled to make a third choice as all those I preferred contained the unavailable ingredients. However, in the end my third choice was satisfactory.
