    Pros +

    • Great service from friendly staff. Fantastic views. Excellent food.
    • The breakfast was outstanding Huge selection of fresh fruit and buffet options as well as menu items
    • The breakfast was the most incredible variety. With homemade bakes, juices and even sausages The staff incredibly attentive and friendly. makes breakfast an absolute treat

    Cons -

    • The towel warmer in my room did not work no matter how long I set it up in advance and the hot water in the shower was often just above lukewarm.I also wish there was an atm on the property for proper tipping of the bellmen like Gene?! I think that’s his name. He gave a good overview of the room, assisted with my luggage and also ensured I got ice as requested. The bar area at night seemed under staffed and wasn’t very pleasant.
    • Service at the garden side restaurant where walk ins get better service than hotel guests. Same for parking. Crowded from outside patrons, and no space for hotel guests... seems wrong
    • Insulation of the windows is poor so that in case your room faces the interior yard you will hear the frogs all night as if they are in your room

The staff—from reception to the breakfast and Morii restaurant teams—are incredibly friendly and make you feel truly welcome. My room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with lovely scented soaps. I especially enjoyed the peaceful garden walks, the stunning views from the pool and restaurant, and the well-equipped gym. The breakfast variety is impressive, and the food at Morii was delicious. A perfect, peaceful stay!

The landscape was beautiful, inside of the property itself could be updated by the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable

Hallways and communal areas could be updated

The spa facilities were not as good as they could be. There are no change rooms or anywhere to shower after the treatment. The treatment itself was good though I just feel that somewhere to go afterwards would enhance the experience. Food offered was slate too:.

The food was delicious, we had breakfast and dinner there, lots of choice and very tasty

Not a criticism but just be aware, you need a car to get around, nothing much Around

Pity about the plastic-labelled glass bottles

Unfortunately a bottle cut my foot. But it was so disappointing to see all the glass bottled water with plastic stickers on them. Glass has a 10X higher carbon footprint and then it's wrapped in plastic labels??? Why???

Breakfast is fresh and tastyMany seating options available [inside and outdoors]Room service prompt and warmApartment still brand new and great locationFantastic view and privacy

The Vineyard just knows how to be a hotel. The service is immaculate. The food is delicious. The gardens are STUNNING. This is where I want to spend my old age! Seriously. Thank you to the phenomenal staff who made it feel like a home from home.

The rooms could be better designed. They aren't the prettiest hotel rooms in the country, but the beds are comfortable, the shower pressure is good -- in short, a few ugly carpets aside, they give you everything you actually need. Worth spoiling yourself with a garden view.
