    Pros +

    • I liked that there was plenty of beds, we got put into a family room. The room was spacious, we were not in each other’s space. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was generally friendly.

    Cons -

    • The shuttle service. There was a shuttle service but when we arrived it was full at 7pm. For a ride that takes 10min. We were informed by the shuttle driver to take a taxi as the next shuttle will be at 8pm I think that’s shocking. Room view not great.
    • I was embarrassed when I was made to wait 30 minutes because they were trying to verify if I had paid ! I had paid in over 5 days or five days in advance !
    • Cleanliness was very very poor, and no secure elevator.

    Overpriced for Bad service

Booked 1st 2 nights on the hotel website, for the villa. It mentioned our room having a seaview but when we got there we didn't get a seaview. The receptionists advised us to book into the main hotel so we can get seaview which we did for the additional 3 days but on check in we were told 1. There's none available on that day, 2. We were told we need to pay extra money to get seaview, 3. One of the receptionists promised us he will make a plan for us the next day to get seaview since there would be an opening but never did. On top of this, we got a room with a missing night stand, they promised to bring it and never did - excuse was that it was broken. We would request things like towels and toiletries, get promised that they will bring them to the room but never did.

The bathrooms was in excellent condition. Staff was very helpful. Especially the manager. I complained about my room and she moved me to another room

This hotel was rated a 4 star and I expected a more luxurious feel. The entrance did not smell nice. No lifts from the basement parking to the hotel. Luggage had to be carried up a flight of stairs. The room provide has two single beds put together. One bed was higher than the other.

Breakfast was excellent. With a variety of delicacies, the coffee was also delicious.

Our room was hidden by the hotel so we were denied a view of the ocean.

It’s location is perfect . Was close to all the places we wanted to explore with my husband

The cleaning crew and the reception desk team. Bad communication had to complain to the manage to intervene. The manager highly professional as he cleaned up the mess of his subordinates and offered us a room upgrade which was amazing. Thank you Mr Manager

Love the location of the hotel itself. The room we chose was very spacious. The staff was attentive and friendly at every turn.

I didn't realize the East Wing would be quite so separated from the rest of the hotel so that was a surprise. But I'm the one who booked the cheaper room! The bed was VERY firm. I usually love a firm mattress but this was a bit much.

    10BRITTANYPosted on: 12-17-2025

Our air conditioning unit put out more warm air than it did cold air - Not ideal as the room was more on the warm side. Some of the main lights in our room did not work and we were told that maintenance would come up and assist. Maintenance didn’t come assist but we also didn’t ask again as we didn’t spend much time in the room. It still would have been great to have all the lights working and to have the AC working properly.

Only thing I liked was the location

It was old needs an upgrade. Had no fridge in the room. The door room 215 which I was in didn’t have the lock on the door. When I entered it was full of flies. I killed a cockroach in my room. The Aircon was too loud. The room was average not even worth 3 stars. Linen looked old and wasn’t clean to my liking. Front desk staff are not really friendly. Waiters in restaurant was actually more pleasant and easy to speak to.

Friendly reception staff and porters, ironing room which was very convenient.

    Rooms a bit ancient

    9OlebogengPosted on: 11-4-2025

i did not have the breakfast while there, I had dinner the nights i was there and the food was good.

When I checked in on the 28th around 15:20, I was told the room was ready for me, only to find the housekeepers sitting in the room, all relaxed. This shows there was no proper communication between the housekeepers and the front desk.

Excellent staff and very nice breakfast. Room is spacious and very well equipped. Very close to the sea and a nice walking trail for exercise. Overall very nice hotel!!
