NOAH House

We were in three and we had two bedroom. One was beautiful: spacious , a great bathroom and a lovely terrace. The second was in a different building and a shoe box.

The second room should have been closer to ours.

The breakfast options were varied to what we requested each day outside of the set breakfast menu to break the monotony! We did love the options we were offered! The quiche is a must try!

It was comfortable, charming, and very tastefully decorated. Service was excellent. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Owners were also on site on occasion and were lovely.

Nothing. Was all positive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Noah House, a special mention to Sarina and Blessings for going above and beyond. The interiors were beautiful, the property was clean and felt like we were at home. The location is fantastic. Loved the attention to detail in all the elements

A stylish hotel in a central and quiet location. Everything is sensitively tuned. The staff was perfect and very helpful. I recommend visiting the hotel, it is beautiful! The perfect accessory is an old Land Rover.

Extremely Disappointed – Theft and Lack of Action at Noah HouseMy husband and I recently stayed at Noah House in Tamboerskloof, and we were shocked to discover cash had been taken from our room safe upon check out. The safe was provided by the hotel to protect our belongings, making this a serious violation of our privacy. We immediately reported the issue to the owner, who said they would look into but since we had to catch an early morning flight we had no option to leave and wait to hear from them. A week later I contacted them and no action was taken, and the owners offered no assistance or accountability. The lack of response and concern for guests was incredibly disappointing.This is an incredibly serious issue, and the hotel’s failure to address it reflects a complete disregard for guest safety. I strongly advise caution before booking here, as this kind of negligence is unacceptable.

A beautifully designed house and the housekeeping and breakfast staff were lovely

At this price point you would expect tea and coffee facilities in the room, decent wardrobe space,a table by the window seat ,a robe maybe? You will be disappointed.All the outside furniture is locked away at 5,so back inside for you.You will notice that 5 pm is a key time here should you decide to book.And when a guest is leaving it would be nice if there was some engagement, perhaps to get feedback in person. A missed opportunity in what is a lovely building lacking any real hospitality.

The Breakfast was delicious and excellent. A great selection and super fresh ingredients! The staff were also very lovely- Thank you Blessing!

Everything was great! The only downside is that there isn't a pool but it is very central, so, cannot complain!

Wonderfully elegant hotel, with lovely tea room and public salon areas. Designed with the utmost taste. Great bathtub and products. Good breakfast!

Location is close to Kloof and Long St, if you want to be in that part of town.

The architecture of this beautiful white Victorian boutique hotel with a very chic decor&design crisp, and very clean with a wonderful staff, especially grateful to Gerald, for being a gracious guide for two days, took us to iconic places and wineries with his kindness, warmth and wisdom making my first trip to the Cape extraordinary with unforgettable memories…

The staff were extremely welcoming, especially Blessings! The breakfast was delicious and the tea , cakes and alcohol casual offering was a lovely touch too. The room and bathroom were spacious and Noah is in a perfect location to explore nearby Kloof Street and all the amazing restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend!

The service and the installations were amazing! It was like home away from home. The location is incredible and very safe.

Property is nice but rooms are very average, there’s some great touches around the common area but wasn’t wow’ed by anything in the rooms. Location is lovely.

The breakfast is the same a la carte every morning so it’s easy to get bored of it very quickly. We actually had some security issues with our room and spoke to the manager / owner about it - not worth sharing in a public review here as I hope it’s been dealt with after we checked out, but really dampened our experience overall.

The outside space is closed (as in the chairs & cushions are put away) very early, breakfast was good but a bit confusing as whilst there were options, nobody tells you about them and it’s a bit uncomfortable to ask. Maybe provide a bit of a menu?
