THE ATMOSPHERE, BANGING ON WALLS THE ENTIRE NIGHT, LOUD CLUB NOISES AND CAN'T GET HOLD OF THE RECEPTION AREA.

The location is close to everything we needed, so very prime. Also only like 6 minutes from my brother who was our main source of transaport so it is ideal. The staff were super friendly, always willing to help. Thank Reggie especially

The noise at night sometimes was a little much but i guess the location explains it.

The room is spacious and liked everything about it. Can't fault it. The place is nice inside and liked the fact that there is a parking.

There is a night club on the ground. It is so difficult to sleep while the sound/music is playing loud to the early hours of the morning. Worse I was on the first floor maybe if allocated higher floors might be better. I understand it has nothing to do with the establishment but it is really a nuisance.

There were rats outside so couldn’t open the windows since I was on the first floor, could hear water running down a pipe that was connected in my bathroom every time which I assume might be when someone was taking a shower or something

Location and breakfast were quite good

I found the hotel as a whole rather cold and grim. Everything is painted black to look modern, I guess, but frankly it was depressing. The interior layout was also confusing with big black doors greeting you on every floor when the elevator doors opened. There are private apartments on the 9th floor where you are supposed to find the breakfast room— with very poor signage. I ended up having someone come to their door to direct me to where breakfast was being served. Concrete floor in my room very cold, and every time someone on the 9th floor ran water or flushed a toilet, it sounded like a loud momentary waterfall in my room on the 8th floor.

location was practical, as it is in the city center. You can walk to where you want to be, this being the city. Rooms were clean and spacious.

I got lost becasue the hotel didnt send me the parking details and it was upsetting because I couldn't find the parking ramp. Just as a first timer the concierge must ask these questions.

The shower pressure was not ok but I understand the water saving aspect.

Value for money and near to main road

The TV is ain’t working and the washroom ain’t working so I request for maintenance they said they’re off on Sunday.

Breakfast was exceptional, the fact that they had secured parking helped. There is a nice Checkers and takeaways very closeby so could easily get dinner.

I could not get the TV to connect to my phone for sharing.

The view of the mountain from my room was awesome, the room was very clean and neat, the bathroom was also very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very good value for money.

I love how clean the rooms were and spaces everything was in it. The linen was clean the shower was clean and the room smelled fresh. The staff was friendly and made me and my partner feel completely at home

Location was excellent, all major restaurants were nearby, rail and buses within the vicinity. Very safe. Right in the heart of the business district.

I thought there would be a bathtub. Maybe it's just me, the smart tv wasn't working most of the time. Lol but we didnt come here to watch tv. The gym can improve with more equipment i.e. treadmill, bicycles.

I liked everything about the apartment, very clean and comfy bed, bath tawels were inough for my stay, all I can say the place was perfect ??

Nothing that I can say I did not like. Everything was on point.

The staff was friendly at the reception and welcomed me with a beautiful smile. They took me to my room and assisted me with my luggage. Wawuu the room inside was net and clean

I liked the location, central to shops, restaurants ..walking diatance or short uber ride away...Loved the balcony of the room, the views, amazing, comfortable and spacious. Staff was helpful when requested for anything.

The fact that the shower didn't have a hook or little raak to put/ hang your shower candy, wash pools and soap, slightly annoyance, easily fixable.The back entertainment area was great, would be nice if a bit of a covering was added, it rained the weekend, so the whole area, turf grass was soaking wet.

A couch would be nice or a relaxed chair and a good morning check in/check out coffee coupon. otherwise the staff was very welcoming and receptive.
