The location is excellent. The bed and pillows were very nice.

The room we have stayed (for 3 people) was very small, we didn’t have space available to open the luggage and walk around. The bathroom was also quite small, and when taking a shower the water tended to splash everywhere, leaving the entire bathroom wet. It was very disappointing as I stayed in the hotel before in a much larger and more comfortable room.

Air conditioning in our room did not work.. I was not a happy customer.A woman in pre-menopausal and to pay so much for one night stay. Window could not open either..

They stole Money from me. They overcharged me from for the room. Girl at desk said manager sent me a link for the refund but never did. I emailed the front desk girl twice and she has ignored me. Also stoleMoney for breakfast by lying and saying breakfast was at 6:30 and it wasnt until 7. So and I had a tour. They would t refund me for that either. absolute criminals and thieves

The location cannot be beaten, right opposite the V & A Waterfront. The breakfast is very good with a lot of choice. The linen and beds are very comfortable. The staff is friendly. The parking is on the property, and secure. We have stayed at this property at least 6 times over the years as we love the location, and that the Hop-on-hop-off bus is across the street.

As we have stayed at this property so much, we have seen the facilities become a little "tired" over time. Things are not being maintained, for example, or curtain was hanging off the rails. These are simple fixes. Friends that we brought with us, and we bring friends almost every time, had to wait over 2 hours for their room. There room had been "given out" to someone else in error, so they had to wait for another one of the same size to come available. This should not happen. There are large tour groups that frequent this hotel, so check-in can be slow.

Great location. Easy walk to marathon expo and start. Close to everything in walking distance, aquarium right behind it. Restaurant breakfast was very good. Nice selection.

Odd bathroom arrangement but understand as being a remodeled prison.

The location was good, very easily accessible on Uber, quiet, safe, secure. The room was a good size, I received a complimentary upgrade too.

The airconditioning wasn't the best, but they tried to fix it immediately on informing. One bottle of drinking water was provided, but I think two would be good.

The location of the hotel is safe and provides easy access to V&A Waterfront. The rooms are on the smaller side, however, it didn't bother me. The hotel was overall very clean, reception was professional, and breakfast had good choice.

Location of the breakfast was a bit confusing at first, since the facilities are split over multiple buildings - but it's not a problem once you figure your way around.

The hotel location is secure and convenient.

Only one toilet to be shared by 4 adults in a 2-bedroom suite is inadequate.The rooms are so tiny that they're claustrophobic. Offering it as a 2-bedroom suite feels like a stretch.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The only downside was how loud the rain was on the roof, it was very noisy. The food was great. Please do include breakfast as part of the accommodation price.

How noisy the building can be with bad rain and wind.

My flight was delayed, canceled, and changed. The hotel staff was very supportive, including a last minute refund on the extra night I booked. V&A waterfront is safe, friendly and d beautiful. It was really easy to book excursions from the hotel.

I booked king room and the shower was weak as well as tgere was noise for renovation. I asked fo room change and they proivded me with double bed room. Instead of upgrade my room, they downgrade the room without any compensation.

The bar and restaurant over looked the water Harbour. Lots of lights and fun viewing. Hotel right next to “hop on and hop off” bus service. Great location

Fire alarm went off at 2am - then a stranger lurking in the hallway banged on my door at 3 am. Very disrupted sleep and fire alarm went off again at 7am! I booked a twin bed room with a 3rd sleeper couch and got a room with one bed. When I complained to the Hotel manager she just offered me a free breakfast!!! No not good enough. I want a REFUND!!!
