- The staff were amazing, everyone was very helpful. The rooms were nice, especially the top three floors. We had a kitchen with full fridge and sink. We had an amazing view of table mountain. The location was very good in downtown.

Cons -
- A couple of ladies at reception not friendly.
- I feel like they're trying to squeeze every buck out of you, they charge for parking. They charge a hanus amount for the room snacks. They charge for wifi, you feel as though you're at an extremely budget hotel. Like the Ryanair of hotels.
- Loved everything! Food was even excellent!!!!!!
