Large, comfortable apartment, well located near beach, restaurants and coffee shops.

Great location and clean

Load shedding and noise from back up generator. I did not have a chance to get breakfast so cannot comment on it. It would be good to have clear instructions on booking table at 9th Floor restaurant

It was a pleasant place with friendly staff

Bedding was not of a great quality.Some of the furniture was a bit worn.No plug near the mirror to do your hair

- units are spacious - 8th floor has very nice views and no noise - amazing setup on the 9th floor for meetings and relaxation - convenient location - close to all foods , ocean and amenities - ease of parking

- rooms on the 5th floor are noisy due to close proximity to the main road.- no Halal friendly option at breakfast - check out time set at 10am - basic amenities provided example no tissue box or body lotion- no aircon in the lounge area- need to ask for water and coffee replacements on a daily basis- swimming pool is more like a splash pool

Well appointed spacious apartment which was serviced daily by Tracey to a very high standard. Excellent breakfast.

Passable

We paid for the breakfast that we never got as we were told that we are late during the time slot provided by them. We were then accused of spreading misinformation when we indicated that we given dining times by two of their members earlier. My family was embarrassed and traumatized by the incident and did not want to return as there was no apology nor sincerity with the whole altercation.

Location, close to everything. Having a lovely apartment hotel , 2 bedroom , spacious modern and with everything included. We chose no meals.

Nothing was perfect

We liked the location, as it is close to the beach front, plus the view from our bedroom and balcony. Lovely modern accommodation, very helpful staff and loved the restaurant especially for breakfast.

Sometimes noisy at night

Amazing location and decent sized, clean apartments. Brilliant for those who want to cook etc. Would stay here again.

The music from the bar on the roof is loud, but turns off at 10pm. They charge you if you lose a key, which feels a bit cheap for a relatively expensive hotel.

Modern, big and clean apartment. Good location. Nice terrace and pool.

I was on the 8th floor and every morning I was woken up by the noise from the restaurant / terrace

Great little apartment, perfect for what we needed as 2 friends. Staff was really friendly and let us use the showers in the co-working space before our flat was ready for check-in.

Honestly was only there 18 hours and it was nice! I wouldn't hang at or in the rooftop pools though... it doesn't really seem for swimming, rather sitting on the balcony in the sun near an empty pool ?

Wasnt clean They putted unclean towels and they didnt clean the apartment very well

The rooms are modern and clean as you arrive and the location is perfect

1. There’s only one air conditioner in the whole two bedroom apartment and it’s in one bedroom. There’s no air conditioner in the other bedroom and in the living space which was difficult because it was hot.2. The apartment we stayed in had a manual key as opposed to a key card which was a safety concern. In addition, there was only one key available despite it being a two bedroom apartment.

Generator blew up on day we arrived and didn’t get fixed!! Should have had a discount

I've returned here 3 times, I just love this place - the location, the people, the service, free parking, rooftop restaurant and lounge. The generator broke on this visit and even then the service and communication was great!

There were no views from my unit, and the hallways can get noisy.

The variety of meal at the rooftop resturant may not be child friendly

The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our stay most enjoyable. We are pleased with the hotel apartments, as they are clean, tastefully furnished and well maintained. Very nice modern place to stay, amazing ocean view from our apartment that was situated on the 8th floor. One of our favourite places to stay in Cape Town!

We stayed in a 2-bedroom apt on the 8th floor, and the view over the ocean was amazing. Facilities were really modern and well equipped. Definitely going back :)

Price was a bit high, but worth it.
