The vending machine was not working with my card

Breakfast is always excellent, thanks.It is equivalent to a 4-star hotel where I stay in another province

Only one coffee machine in peak time does not cut it.

Location, Price, staff kindness, etc.

Size of the room (too small).

Bed was a bit small. A queen size would have been nice.Although the aircon were a bit noisy, it did not bother me so muchHad to move couch and bed to be able to use chair as bedside table on the one side.Eggs were cold at breakfast. Rest of food was nice and warm.I had left over cheese and jam at breakfast and went to get another piece of bread. On my return my cheese and jam were removed from the table. Feel a bit of waste. As I then again had to get new cheese and jam.

The breakfast was nice, I enjoyed the fact that it had variety. The location was perfect as it was close to amenities.

Nothing I can think of at the moment, I basically liked everything I experienced.

Location and the Staff.

The size of the Room... it was too small.

On our 1st morning there was no space in the breakfast area for us to sit. The room felt a bit cramped and had no mini fridge.

I like how convenient it was in terms of location, it being near the mall was everything. The staff was very kind and helpful and the breakfast was great.

I didn’t like the fact that tiles in the lift and the carpet in the corridor were not so clean. I also didn’t like that we didn’t have a variety of eggs for breakfast?. But other than that the food was always enough and very nice. Our hotel room was also very clean. Thank you Stay Easy!

Staff friendly, next to century city mall.

Shower too small, no bar fridge, no microwave, no smart tv

Nothing. We checked out early.

Absolutely horrendous. After immediate check-in there was blood on the sheets and urine stains all over the duvet after we removed the sheets from the bed. The room was not clean. (Many photos were taken as evidence). After notifying, the property did not do a thing for over 4 hours. Initially told us to “call housekeeping.” Had two staff enter our room unannounced even when there was a “do not disturb” on the door. The manager Franklin did not want to deal with the situation at all. Booking had to call four times to find any kind of solution and they made a complaint against the hotel. Staff were heard talking extremely rudely to my mother in law and I noted their names. Beyond unfriendly. As an international visitor to Cape Town, it’s disgusting to have a hotel behave this way. Do not stay here. Simply avoid.

Near Mall

They had a big educational group who took the whole breakfast area. Normal guest could not access or had to wait in long line. I drink to go coffee. In future they need to make sure regular guests have a separate breakfast area.

The breakfast had a variety of choices was fresh and hot.The location of the restaurant outside the hotel was conenient for off hour meals and good coffee.
