Maintenance of rooms was sloppy.

Free shuttle and free breakfast mentioned while making the reservation wasn't available. Issues with keycard which was because the device on the door wasn't functioning were not resolved timely. We had to wait twice in 2days to be let in to the room.

The service and the help of the staff went above and beyond. The day manager should be highly commended for his customer service acumen. He should be promoted to Managing Director. Every question and request I had was answered. I will stay again.

The breakfast very good. The room excellent mountain view. Room service is excellent. All the staff are very helpful and friendly.Will definitely go back again.

The food

the breakfast buffet has a variety of options catering to different dietary needs, I especially liked the mushrooms, freshly squeezed orange juice and the smoothies. Staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly.

I expected my room to have a view of the Table Mountain and/or the Ocean, but I realized when I arrived that a standard room does not have this view, if needed, I had to upgrade to get the premium room. Nonetheless, there is a great rooftop view where I enjoyed dinner.

It was exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly.

It is very standard.

Food for breakfast is not tasty or nice; plates are dirty. Room food service is not tasty too.

I booked for my team to stay and they mentioned the rooms were lovely and they kindly upgraded a colleague to a superior room which was well appreciated. In the morning as the team had to leave early the staff offered to pack a breakfast picnic for them to take to the airport which was lovely.

What wasn't super was being called at 1.15am in the morning by the night receptionist asking if the team had checked-in. They had but this did cause concern until the receptionist mentioned, he will check the system. Whilst double checking is understandable, doing so at 1.15am was not necessarily appreciated.

The rooms were comfortable, the service was great, and the breakfast had a good selection.

Nothing noteworthy; everything went smoothly and I enjoyed my stay.

The location is a bit sketchy, but I think it’s literally just the CBD area in cape town

Very good location. The staff is also very good.

The temperature in the rooms were set to heater and it got very stuffy in the night. Even though they put a cooler in the room but the room was not cooling

It was a very short stay

The breakfast was amazing. Clean rooms , very good WiFi and the best staff. Always smiling , always happy to help.

Nothing honestly

The staff was amazing and I can’t fault them on anything. Very helpful, ever smiling and very accommodative.

I didn’t like the overpriced shuttle bus and activities at the guest services. Hotels always try and broker a good price with service providers for their guests as same industry players but seemed the hotel was charging 3 times the amount of what you find online.

The bathroom layout is awkward with a stall for the toilet and the lack of secure dedicated parking is also not ideal.
