Location, Beautiful, clean and modern like new hotel with an awesome staff.

Absolutely beautiful, modern, clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The whole experience was wonderful. We were sorry we couldn't stay longer.

The location

Location is superb if you want calm some wind and an amazing view Breakfast is super good Staff are great and really fast to respond and help.Long walk on the beach

Need to have a car or a driver to get around unless you just want to rest.

We liked that it was right across from the beach.

It advertised higher end bookings that had a view of Table Mountain. We paid premium for it. When we arrived we discovered that all of the sea facing windows had a sun film on it. That was fine, except the film was old and scratched and you could not clearly see Table Mountain because of the distortions from the ruined film. They offered to move us to another room with a Mountain View, but all 3 of the other options had the same problem.I would not stay there again unless the window film was replaced .

Your Breakfast was excellent I real enjoyed myself. You made my mother's Birthday out of this world, She was very happy. The stuff made sure that we are well taken care off, Thank you for excellent hospitality.

The room was nice, clean and quiet. I loved the view of the room. Table and the Sea. Breakfast was the best.

That i could not stay longer

I loved the water pressure in the shower, the huge comfy bed, but most of all the stunning ocean view and floor to ceiling windows and balcony.

Excellent location, stylish and spacious room with exceptional mountain and ocean views. Stunning, modern and contemporary hotel complemented by excellent service by all staff.

The View was good. The room was good.

The was a strong smell of cooking oil coming in from the extractor vent in the shower and toilet. This triggered my sinuses. I complained about on my departure to the receptionist.

The hotel is conveniently located on the beachfront, offering exceptional views of the ocean and Table Mountain from across the Bay. The room was clean and beautiful. Amenities including the pools are lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful and on-site parking was included. All round a short but very happy experience.

Two renovations were in progress (this was not disclosed) - although over the weekend there was only minimal banging on Saturday morning and none on Sunday, so overall not too bad - that said, it may have been more annoying if I was trying to sleep in or staying at the hotel all day.

The location

Arrived to my room and they were drilling above my room for hours. Then my room was freezing cold at night because the door was not sealed properly and the wind was coming in. Also the person who brought our cappuccino brought a pos that didnt work. Mind you he didn’t just want to leave and come back later, he tried and tried and tried.

The view

Room with the dirty carpet, bed with springs that was so uncomfortable, coffee machine holder that was dirty and water bottle that had slime on the lid. You can get very sick. Showers dirty the tiles

The view is amazing and the pool is now heated which was an added bonus. And a jacuzzi

Stunning view of the beach, ocean, Table Mountain and city; spacious rooms with a luxurious feel, extensive room service menu, ample secure parking, heated pool and spa facilities.

Almost nothing to fault. I would just say that the spa could do with a changing room, robes and slippers to give it more of a spa feeling than a salon. I really enjoyed all the room service I ordered, as well as the extensive selection but the ribs were really not good and should be removed from the room service menu - there are loads of better choices on offer.

Never enough milk in the rooms!! :-)

Everything was perfect, rooms are stunning stunning and clean!!! Breakfast is out of this world they even put fresh cold pressed hide shots!!!! Maybe add a waffle machine and the kids will never want to leave!!!

There is no sauna and its not even expensive. The jacuzzi needs jets replacement as they lost power
