The staff were exceptional, the food was amazing, and the room was perfect!

Service staff all friendly. the view spectacular.Walks on the beach.

Location was excellent right beside the beach where i was able to do various watersports The hotel provides nice breakfast options, and also has a restaurant/bar for dinnerThe room was of good size, bright and airy, and the bed was really comfortable

Internet speed was sometimes slow, which affected my remote working, e.g. Zoom calls would hang in the middle of me talking.. so i had to use mobile hot spot on occasions

can’t beat the location, right on the shore, a short walk to swim and surf, several restaurants, and a fun mini mall with a grocery store…

We loved the location.

There was nothing to dislike. It is a wonderful. Could you please add some usb plugs beside the beds so we can charge our phones. There are two on the hair dryer but in the bathroom.

Our stay at the Blue Peter Hotel was absolutely amazing. We stayed in one of their beachfront rooms, just a few steps from the sand, and we could hear the ocean at all times. The view was simply magnificent, overlooking Table Mountain, Robben Island, and the entire coastline.The hotel itself has a lovely country charm—it really feels like a home away from home. One highlight was the bar area, which was fantastic for sitting sheltered from the wind but still enjoying the stunning view. On clear days, we relaxed outside under the umbrellas and enjoyed their excellent menu.In the evenings, we dined in the more formal restaurant, again with that full view of Table Mountain and Robben Island. Plus, there was ample and safe parking, which was a big plus. Overall, it’s a 10 out of 10 spot if you want to be a little bit out of the hustle and bustle of town and enjoy some true country-style hospitality by the ocean.

Loved the view, location and especially the staff. They are very friendly. The food was amazing and we loved our room with a view of Table Mountain in the background. We will be back.

The only thing we didn't like was the bath shower in the room as the space was a bit uncomfortable to use and the bath was a bit damaged in the corners. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Lovely clean rooms, bed was amazing. Check in was seamless and accommodated us being early. The breakfast was delicious and had a lovely variety of different items

The breakfast was fantastic and the staff just as fantastic. The restaurant on the ground floor was also super convenient with a full menu. Our rooms were spacious and had everything we could possibly need.

One of our rooms was at the very end of the passage so the wifi was a little weak or just on and off from time to time.

I had a very comfortable stay.The views were spectacular. There is a restaurant with a great view. The hotel is in a good, peaceful and safe area.It’s a very short walk to the beach. The staff and managers were all kind and respectful. I would book again.

That it was close to the beach, and in safe place.

The room was never cleaned properly it was not even sleeping nice there were marks and chips on the walls.The other is that we arrived as a family and a child they just charged us extra they didn’t have a problem, although they expected us to be quiet how do keep a 2year old silent?Upon check out all of a sudden there was a line ‘charge’ claiming that is was dirty but it was only changed once since we checked in the 5 nights we were there. It was utter nonsense why didn’t they charge from the extra charge it was like they were punching us for having a baby with us that we paid for, I will never book there again they just didn’t treat us nicely.

Wow I was blown away about the perfect location and we stayed at the beach rooms in front of the hotel on the street view with an amazing view of the sea in front of us. Was breathtaking to see, hear and smell the sea. The room was well equipped and the little fridge definitely a bonus. Everyday the coffee, milk and sugar with bottled water are filled up. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast that is included is out of this world wowwww! I have stayed at many places before but this breakfast is really wonderful with awesome little pastries etc. We heard the pizza is the best ever and we tried it and wowww it was delicious we even ordered a second evening again. We also enjoyed the fish and seafood platter and it was truly delicious and truly enjoyed. Will we be back? YESSSS definitely. Already referred friends there too. Thx Blue Peter for an amazing unforgettable stay!

The view was amazing and close to restaurants

The shower and bathroom roof were filthy and the bed not very comfortable

We think the room was maybe ready for refurb, can't speak about other room, specifically the bathroom

Having the ocean right on our door step, it was easy to walk around to shops and restaurants in the area, as well as getting taxis/ Ubers was very accessible. The staff were super helpful, friendly and on hand for anything we needed. We 100% want to make this a place we come back for a future anniversary visit!

The only slight disappointment was the dinner we had at the light house restaurant but we still had the most incredible stay and the brasserie do top notch pizzas!

Had an awesome experience Stayed in beach facing room Very close to the sea , I enjoyed the waves beating relentlessly on the shore , it was spectacular to hear the sea waves roaring during the night I also enjoyed the smell of the sea , very refreshing, I strongly recommend this property to anyone who is planning for a getaway

Staff, Food, Views all amazing. Facilities overall a bit outdated.

Great location and views, old world charm, friendly staff, good breakfast.No 2nd layer locking mechanism from inside the door, like a latch or chain. Ceiling fan could not be switched on without the light attached to it also came on - making it hard to sleep.
