- The room we got, had air conditioner problem, they couldn’t fix and the weather was soo cold so that made the trip moderate.
- Loud music all night long.

Loud music all night long.
Very central .clean and sure parking underneath . Very pleasant staff
Staff were very helpful, we arrived early and they organised for our room to be ready early. Special thank you to the reception staff (can’t remember his name but it began with B) on arrival who left a little something in our room as he knew we were on honeymoon. Room was spotless and the views for the rooftop bar were amazing. Location was perfect and couldn’t fault the breakfast.
The breakfast was good, and the location was ideal.
Due to its small size, the standard room felt cramped and was congested with furniture.
Friendly faces from the security at the door, to the receptionists, to the cleaners.Ever ready to help with the utmost politeness. And the cherry on the top was having a restaurant on the premises.
Absolutely nothing to complain about
Neatness.. tasty...catered for people that eat lamb and chicken only
Lamb sausage wasn't too tasty.
Excellent facilities, great location, huge choice of freshly cooked breakfast, comfy beds, great pool and bar area with amazing views.
There is nothing we didn't like.
Breakfast was good, not great. There was one exceptional staff member that helped my wife who was suffering from congestion by advising her about pharmacies in the area without us asking.
Included breakfast was not always well stocked. When we arrived some items were already consumed or nobody was manning the station in question. The kitchen seemed already to have moved on to the next meal. Some of the staff seemed to not understand questions that were posed in plain English.
It had a good view and the breakfast was quite satisfactory
The room was too small..there was hardly any room to walk around
Lovely breakfast -with a awesome staff -they friendly ,helpful ,always smilling
The location, closer to town. Baby feeding chair as well as their rice
Their base bed, curtains and bathtub as a hotel near in town
Centrality, modern, value for money, great breakfast and amenities.
There isn't anything I disliked.
The location is super. Breakfast was good everyday.
Housekeeping was average. At the time of check in we were told no bell boy available and carry our bags on our own. A security guard helped us later. Same thing at check out. With our little one we had to carry 7 bags and 1 stroller downstairs as they did not have staff to assist for this.
The hotel itself was nice and quiet, which was much needed. The rooms were really clean.
It would've been nice to have a smart TV.
Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious
The views and food from the restaurant . Its also safe.
Service is not good. We requested for our phone to be fixed and no one came. The bathroom door moved out of the rail and fell down. It's a very heavy door which could have easily caused a serious injury or even a fatality. Not safe at all more especially that we were with small kids. Oh and some of the ladies at the restaurant weren't so nice, infact they were nasty ? ?
The hotel and it's rooms are absolutely stunning. Buffet breakfast was great and the pool, gym and rooftop bar are a nice bonus. Hotel is in a central location which makes restaurants accessible.
We were situated on 12th floor right below the bar and had to deal with constant movement of furniture on our ceiling till 12am. The vent systems in the bathroom are a disaster leeching bad smells into the room. In this cold winter, the hot water in our room felt more lukewarm definitely not my type of winter shower. So if you like peace, avoid being placed on 12th floor.
Upon returning, I found the security staff waiting for me with the passport in hand. If it weren't for them, I would be in Cape Town without a passport today and would have missed two flights that cost a lot of money. I would also have to stay more days until I got a new passport, which would cost even more and delay my schedule back in Athens...The police officers were exceptionally friendly and warm. They made me feel safe. The hotel security staff was also prompt in their actions and definitely acted appropriately, judging by the expected but relieving outcome. I am grateful and have nothing but the best to say. They helped me as if I were their relative. I give them my heartfelt written congratulations because they are the best at their job!
I lost my passport in my hotel room in Cape Town. I had placed it inside my bag on top of the fridge, thinking it would be safer there than carrying it with me on the streets. On the day I was packing to leave, I discovered that my passport was missing from my bag. I searched the entire room thoroughly but couldn't find it anywhere. I went down to the reception and asked the clerk to inquire with the cleaning staff if anyone had found it.The receptionist said the staff was in a meeting at that time, arranging their cleaning schedule for the week. It was 8 in the morning, and I emphasized that I had to leave for the airport at 1 PM to catch my flight to Greece and that I should be his priority to coordinate the situation. I stressed that he needed to call every responsible person to handle the issue. Losing your passport from your room is not a simple matter! The security manager came, I informed him, but then he left. I started to panic. I demanded that the receptionist make me his priority, but he continued to check in people arriving at the hotel. He ignored me until I started loudly demanding that the security manager come immediately, which he did.He made several phone calls in front of me, kept telling me to calm down, and managed to get a patrol car with three police officers to the hotel instead of me going there and getting lost in their queues, wasting precious time. The CCID manager came with his car, we got in with my friend, and we were also escorted by the patrol car to the police station. In 3-4 minutes, I heard a voice in the car saying that the passport was found in the restaurant, but the staff forgot to inform the reception and had put it in a safe box! My friend and I hugged while I cried with joy and relief!
Very good breakfast, staff, location, and facility.
We liked the hotel very much.
