Location is great. Room well equipped and the view was fire. The stuff was awesome, Phiwe was very helpful and showed me around, pretty funny too.

The location was very convenient and it was easy to walk to restaurants and shops.

With a gorgeous tub it would have been nice to provide bath salts or bubble bath. We wanted to spend time on the rooftop that night but could locate the lights. Maybe better signage could help.

Our room was next to the elevator and it was noisy. To nit pick, I would add a couple of hooks in the bathroom.

Improve the cleanliness in general

The breakfast was good .

The room was lovely the only thing that i could think of is the room didnt smell nice when we entered. You need to put some sort of air freshner. And not enough towels for two adults. one bath sheet and one smaller one. You need to put 2 bath sheets. But for most the room was good and bed was good. Will definitely be back.

I loved everything, from the friendly and kind staff, the aesthetics of the place, the food, the rooms were clean spacious and bed super comfortable. The little roof top with the pool was so nice to relax and just enjoy drinks during the day .Would definitely go back there.

Fantastic place. Good WiFi. Iron with board, hair dryer. Huge, comfortable bed. Nice staff and very helpful. Clean, with towels, even for a swimming pool. Huge terrace. Very good breakfast a la carta.Highly recommend.

They provide wine glasses but not a corkscrew. They should have even one at the reception. I would be happy to leave the deposit to use it.

Some parts in the room were not finished properly, like the toilet door could not fully open as it would hit the floor and the light on the right side of the bed was loose from the wall. Good to know that there is a club in the street behind the hotel so you may hear music till late night. Pool area didn’t seem open/inviting.

Great location downtown Capetown close to many good restaurants and bars. A bit noisy in the late evening but we can lived with it. Copious breakfast included with our rate. Excellent ratio price / quality. Staff very friendly and devoted to make your stay an exceptional one.

Nothing beside the safe which was not working.

The breakfast was delicious and great coffee, the potions very generous, gentleman waiter at the front is a magician his service is so good and his ability to multitask without breaking a sweat, with a pleasant smile, impressive. Great team work with the ladies at the back, they are good cooks.I loved the massive room balcony and the views except the tall building across the road construction going on currently.

1. I was misinformed at check in that my room did not include breakfast, as a result i went out to eat on Saturday morning, spent unnecessarily. I only found out on Sunday morning when i decided to go eat downstairs with an intention to pay i was told no it is included.2. Too strict rules re-using the rooftop swimming pool put me off going up, when i did, pool was sandy. It is a beautiful space with loads of potential but no seating and not aesthetically inviting. It was a hot weekend and pool would have been enjoyable.2. Sound proof glass might be a good idea, Room was relatively quite throughout my stay until Sunday night, night before check out.There was terrible party and music noise that seeped through the sliding doors, from late evening till the early hours of Monday morning. It was so loud i thought i had left the door opened, woken up at 3 am4. I know it is temporary but the building construction across the road is an eyesore, dusty and drilling started before 8am until early evening, not lekker. Only on Saturday it finished around early afternoon.

Rooftop needs some TLC.Although it wasn’t an issue for us, because we joined the party, but they regularly host rooftop DJ events that go on until 2am, so could be an issue for people who sleep early. Also, trying to get to your room in the elevator was an issue at this time.

The customer service we received from your staff is out of this world. The lady who helped on our breakfast was super good. I just forgot her name I think it was Ferry/ Farry she deserves a raise.

It’s clean, friendly staff and perfect location

The fact that they don’t make effort on the pool. Despite calling their attention to it but no one cares. Dirty pool, don’t expect to use the pool when staying here.

The location is central so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked the spacious King Suite. A very comfortable bed, large bath tub and airy/open space.

Beware!! If you are in room #6, the King Suite, this room is right beside the elevator and you will hear it every time it goes up and down. Ifyou're trying to rest during the day (which is what we were trying to do before an overnight flight), you'll hear it! There was a big event happening on the day we were leaving so there was loud music and tons of elevator action. Very disturbing and disruptive.

Great Location, very friendly staff and comfortable accommodations

When it came to Amenities we were only given one itty bitty soap in the bathroom and the sink area never replenished during our stay. Bring your own Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash as they will not be provided. If you don’t eat pork don’t book the bed and breakfast you will be limited to 2 choices for breakfast. The Barista is very good at making the drinks but needs to learn the menu and what options are included with bed and breakfast because we ended up paying for things we shouldn’t have thinking they were all part of the breakfast package.

The hotel staff was wonderful, very welcoming. The room was spacious, light and very clean. The airco was good and the bed was very comfortable.

The rooftop terrace and pool were not ready for receiving guests. That was a pity.
