Breakfast was very nice with plenty of options. The location was good and the spa facilities quite nice. The rooms are very spacious

The staff was amazing! So bubbly, happy to help and thoughtful. Don't overlook their restaurant - the food was top notch. Simply a great place to stay.

Dogs bark in this town so with the windows open, you need ear plugs. But that would be the case with any hotel in town. There are stray dogs (but nice and well fed) all over town.

What’s not to like?! A great property in a great location near everything in El Calafate. The staff are great, breakfast was fantastic. The hotel helped to set up our airport transfers and also gave great tour recommendations. Would definitely stay again.

The property is clean and located near restaurants.

The staff is disappointing and unhelpful. There was no one to carry our luggage from lobby to room or even from room back to the bus. The dinner is pretty disappointing as well.

Beautiful hotel! We were only there for one night, arriving late and leaving early, but seemed like the type of hotel that would have been wonderful to be at for a few days. Great building, room, and facilities. Extensive breakfast options. Super lovely staff.

The property is close to the main strip but the street noise is terrible

The "spa" is terrible. A slightly warm hot tub and "gym" is open for a few hours in the evening. It wan not open at convenient times and not enjoyable to spend any time in there

The rooms were a good size, furnishings were nice, and everything was clean including the bathroom. Also liked the breakfast buffet. There were á variety of foods and the service was excellent.

Unfortunately, the walls are very thin. I could hear people talking in the next room and wasn’t able to sleep until 3 a.m. Since it’s an old building and not something that can be fixed immediately, I didn’t make a big complaint at the front desk.

Good location you can walk into the city main street or to the Laguna Nimez/ lake area, secured car parking available. Big bed and spacious rooms cu traditional design. Enjoyed the spa facilities and the massage (make a reservation in advance) . There is an option for lunch box that comes handy for excursion or hikes.

breakfast was ok.A kettle in the room will be nice - so you can prepare a tea/coffee. Spa & Gym facilities only open from 5 to 9pm, that includes the gym (with all the hiking we didn't need it, but limiting the gym to only evening is a bit odd, maybe something to reconsider for future). Wifi on 3rd floor wasn't great, had to go downstair.
