Hotel Michelangelo

The staff was amazing and so helpful. Specifically, the man and we could not have asked for a better host. He directed us to dinner spots frequently and helped with all other accommodations.

The rooms were a little small, but they were clean.

The location, near to center, but in a quiet area in the meantime. The bed was very comfy, the breakfast was perfect

The room walls are not well isolated, so I hear all the discussion of my neighbors till late of the night

Great location, we walked all around El Calafate, very good value, early breakfast at 6:30 before leaving at 7am, good breakfast spread, very friendly staff, response to emails arranging transfers from and to airport was fast and efficient. Would book this hotel again with confidence

I would suggest there be sin tac (gluten friendly) bread/padtry options

Hotel room very clean and quiet.

The room was cold, the power outlet works intermittently and you have to connect to internet from time to time.

All the facilities were perfect. The cleaning was correct, the breakfast was all you needed, and the personnel was kind. The center is on two streets; you can go and see all the offers without a lot of effort.

You can hear anything from the other rooms and the lobby. So, if you want privacy, maybe you feel like other people can listen to you

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. walls were very thin, we were barely able to sleep because of the noise coming from the hallway and the other rooms

The breakfast was limited and half of plates were empty at 7AM! The staff were not nice and friendly at all.

Only stayed for one night before my flight to Buenos Aires.It's located in a quiet neighborhood, in walking distance of the main street of El Calafate.The hotel offers parking spots (although you can easily find street parking around).The room and bathroom were clean, and the bathroom was spacious.There is a restaurant on site (didn't have time for breakfast or dinner) and they also offer currency exchange services.

There was too much noise from the adjacent rooms - thin walls.The bed was terrible.

Great location just up from the high street. We only had one night here before heading to the airport. Cosy room, great shower, great breakfast. The airport shuttle bus picked us up from the hotel, so easy all round. Staff were v helpful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

Poor acoustic isolation, you can hear the neighbours. Breakfast is as in cheaper places, below the European standard.

Rooms outdated and very small, a lot smaller than the pictures show.Bathroom not functional and old.Overall impression good, staff very helpful and attentive.When you travel to Patagonia you have to be ready to lower your standards comparing to Europe or US, unfortunetely without lowering the prices for hotel services

Great location, nice sized room, good breakfast, pleasant common areas.

The room was a little tired and good have used a facelift eg the curtain rail fell down, the water did not drain properly from the sink.

Convenient location and easy access to town. Good to have a desk in room to use computer. Breakfast buffet was great. Car parking right out the front!
