Room was nice

No control over the heat, felt like I was going to suffocate.Television stations were only in Spanish. Need to offer more languages.No room when eating breakfast, too many guest for such a small area.

They charged me 200$ for a small laundry (four tee-shirts, a few pairs of socks and underwear). When I complained about the price, they told me "It is the client responsibility to check the price online". I did try to check the price prior to asking for the laundry but their wifi/website was too slow, so I gave up because I was in a rush to go to work, and just submitted my laundry. I would not have asked for a 200$ laundry if I could check the price. The manager refused to hear my complaint.

The hotel has a great location.

The hotel was in a state of disrepair. The heating system did not function properly. My room temperature was between 26 and 28 at all times. The management could not control the temperature. The room was simply to hot an uncomfortable to stay in. I only spent time there at night to sleep and had to open the window and sleep with no blankets or covers to try to make it bearable. In addition the elevators did not work, so I had to access my 6th floor room via the steps. The hotel added an elevator security panel in which a code number needed to be entered in order for the elevators to be utilized. This security system was not functioning for my entire 3 day stay.Lastly, the hotel was extremenly old and tired in its appearance. This proprety should have been remodeled 10 years ago.

The facilities are very old. This hotel needs a renovation. Too much noise

My stay at Amerian Park had a lot of problemas, here I list them:1 . No answer to their local number2. No answer to their 800 number3. Room keys did not work 4 times4. Because of this they changed my room5. Reserving by Booking I requested parking and breakfest, but they do not have parking service.6. Had to pay for breakfest7. Flooring was old and weared out8. Staff never apoligized for all the problems

Ian was extremely kind and went out of his way to help us even when off duty. He was understanding and patient and made our stay enjoyable when the language barrier hindered us. He acted in a very professional way and the hotel should be very proud of him.The bed was comfortable and the linens clean.We were moved twice to find a room where the air conditioning was effective and we gratefully accepted a room upgraded. Thanks again to Ian for his support.

The lobby and restaurant were in a good condition but the room was in a poor state of repair i.e. the tap came off in our hand, the extraction fan was very noisy and held together with tape.Breakfast was good but no variety for eggs - no boiled or fried let alone an omelette.

The bed.

The bathroom outdated and the sink was cracked. No coffee machine nor even coffee powder. Breakfast, simple, not enough for a so called 4 stars hotel 200 dólar a night.

Very comfortable. Staff nice, helpful and courteous. Great location.

Room was clean and spacious, with a real desk to work on the laptop. Staff was kind, attentive and helpful. A lot of choices for breakfast. Good location to walk around the center of Cordoba.

No real restaurants in the neighbourhood. Only fast food places and bakeries.Hotel has its own restaurant which serves an excellent breakfast, meanwhile we were not satisfied with dinner.

The pool was dirty and lacked someone ensuring there were towels available The treadmill is dangerous where the belt stops and starts and doesn’t keep in timing The bathroom had mould and needed tiles replaced

Location and staff.

I check the gym pictures before booking, but the photos are much better comparing with the real space. The equipment a little old and not working properly.

the location is pretty good.

The check-in was so slow. The breakfast was poor, the place is small, crowded and noisy. The food wasn’t variety. And the pool had dirty water. Also we rent a big room with nice view, but was hot, so from the administration said we must to close the curtains and open the wardrobe door to maintain the temperature room.

Location is good (central Cordoba and very close to Cathedral), breakfast-buffet (extra cost) is very good

The location of the Amerian is excellent. We stayed 4 nights, the first two my friend couldn't sleep because the room was very hot, the AC was not working. Plus the window are not tempo panel, so it is too hot, too cold, too noisy. The staff made all efforts to make as comfortable, they moved us to a different room the THIRD night.The first day the room was not attended because" the personnel was sick and left", so we ended making our beds etc.( it seems that they have don't have enough employees to do the job! ( two, one gone , there is only one lady left for a 10+floor hotel ?)

The breakfast could be with real eggs, real juice. The coffee / tea , excellent

Location, is in the citycentre, also is in front of a mall.Is indicated to families.

Expensive for what offers.The other Amerian express would be a better choice

Close to all main places

The man on the desk bad with not consideration. I booked the hotel with a third part (booking) and when I got there over night. I paid Argentina tax ??!! (international credit card)

The hotel is very comfortable and is located in the perfect location in the center of Cordoba. The staff were friendly and attentive, the TV had plenty of channels to choose from, and the room was clean.

The WiFi was almost non-existent - I had to sit in the corner of my room by the door just to get any signal at all on my phone. On the computer it worked a little better but still very slow. The shower was mostly open so the bathroom floor would get soaked every time I used it.
