The staff were extremely helpfull in solving a number of issues, pointing out local services. Nice breakfast
Breakfast is coffee in bags, they just give you water...

Cons -

The heating. Though the staff turned the radiators off in my room. The exposed geating pipework kept the room at an uncomfortable level for me. It should be pointed out i am in tshirt and shorts, while locals are sporting puffer jackets and hats.
Toilette seat impossible to use, dusty room, doors, all is very old, no maintenance, just changed the front... Noisy halls, people do not respect other guests, for what they charged is not worthy. Will never come back, even if they charge you 10 USD. Staff, otherwise, was friendly.
