With elegant European-style interiors, this hotel features a classic décor and modern amenities in downtown Punta Arenas, one block from Magallanes Museum. - Workers were very friendly and helpful
- Clean hotel near the center
- Good location for our purpose and close to restaurants and shops.
Cons -
- Noisy one day
- It appeared fine on the web site but the Restaurant was out of commission, the 2nd floor was being renovated albeit had no effect on us. The breakfast on offer can only be described as sucking on cardboard washed down with nice coffee! Old windows so heard some noise and close to a Night club where people sit outside and talk until 4.30 AM. Also and most importantly every Friday and Saturday the locals are out racing their cars around a street circuit frequently stopping out side the hotel and screeching the tyres - and this went on from 0345 to 0500...What sleep ?? The best area to stay is on the coast rad as it has speed bumps and stops all the boy racers.
