I liked everything about it

The apartment was exactly like the photos – clean, stylish, and very well-equipped. The location and surroundings were excellent, and everything was even better than I expected. Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple, with friends, or with family, I can highly recommend this hotel. I was really satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back again.

Everything was great, but it would have been even better if a hairdryer and some small shampoo were available in the apartment. However, this was not a big issue at all.

Quaint, hospitable and cozy. Loved this little studio apartment, made my stay extremely comfortable. The stove and washer were a plus! Also the noise insulation was spectacular, very quiet indoors and no noise pollution from outside.

That the Kiwi market is closed Sundays haha

Cleaning absolutely. The Owen was in unusable condition. They can change it with simple microwave or make it clean. Also the towels, there were brown stains on them. Also putting a hand soap isn’t an expensive thing for this accommodation price I believe.

The room was clean.

I was not happy with fact that when me an my wife got there we couldn't get in our room. So we had to wait in the cold for about 30mins, luckily a guy came out of his room and helped us call whoever the manager was and we ended up in another room because apparently someone took the keys smh. A day afterwards another guest opened our room while we was in the room because that was the room assigned to them which made it uncomfortable.

It was a comfortable and quiet place. The washing machine and the drying rack were an asset. Having a fridge also helped.

Location was a little too far from downtown. There are not enough parking spaces at the property. Also, we could never figure out the stove. We ended up leaving some food in the fridge. The room was too hot and it was very hard to lower the temperature.

It is economical, provides all the basics you need, simple, and clean.

The place is full of what we needed and more, incredibly spotless, warm and stocked with everything to keep it clean. Very bright but with great curtains to make it dark. The location was great too, the bus stop is around the corner. The bus (42) runs every ten minutes and takes you to the city center or the airport. Right behind the building there is a supermarket, what made it really convenient when getting food and cooking at the apartment. The communication with the owner was good too, clear directions and smooth check-in/out.And if everything wasn’t enough, on our last night we were lucky enough to see the auroras from the window!!

Everything was excellent

We had a great experience staying at this apartment. It offered excellent value for money and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was very convenient, with a bus stop nearby and a supermarket just ariuhd the corner that we found to be very affordable.The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained. It included a wardrohe for clothes, a well-equipped kitchen, and even a heated floor in the bathroom - a really nice touch! We also appreciated the added extras like detergent pods for both the washing machine and the dishwasher. The instruction manual provided for the apartment and appliances was very clear and helpful.Overall, the apartment was excellent for our needs, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay.

There were a few small things that could be improved, which we mention only to offer helpful feedback. The heated bathroom floor unfortunately stopped working after two days. While it wasn't a major issue for us, it was such a nice feature that we definitely missed it. We're sure it's something the owners will have checked by now.We also noticed a bit of black, tar-like residue in the washing machine when we gave it a quick wipe along the rubber door seal. It didn't affect our use of it, but a quick deep clean there might be helpful for future guests.Lastly, our key had been placed in a different locker than expected, which led to a short delay in accesing the apartment - about 40 minutes past the scheduled time. It wouldn't have been a big deal under normal circumstances, but since we had just completed a 20-hour journey, we were quite tired and eager to settle in. Again, none of these were serious issues, and they didn't take away from the overall quality of our stay. We still had a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Location of appartment is not very good. Its outside city in sort of industrial area.

There is no parking place, but you can park on the street next door.

Location was conveniente - a 15 minute bus ride to the center, and same bus going/coming from the airport (no. 42).

Buses stop at around midnight (no. 42) from the center to the apartment, and come every 30 minutes, which sometimes is inconvenient.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is out of town but convenient if you want to hire a car. We liked the facilities and view from the apartment window.

Warm and well equipped apartment! Super easy to check in and out. And easy to find and get to from the centre of town.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable. More of a sofa bed type matress.

It was a great accommodation! Probably the best one I’ve ever had. Very convenient to the city center, university (especially the Bus 42 is around, city center takes 20-25 mins travel), and Kiwi Plus is downstairs. Quite clean, well-maintained, and the amenities are great, especially for backpackers. Had a great time and I’d suggest it for those looking for cheap, convenient, and cozy accommodation in Tromsø!

The shops in the neighborhood were very Handy. It was snowing heavily during our stay walking was a bit challenging though.Bus stop is very close.

Some instructions about dishwasher. The model we use was different from the one in the TA.Some basics of cooking will be useful.We left milk, salt and cooking oil behind.

New, nice, kitchen and sofa and dinning table what is really convenient.There is no info, no answer from The people of this apartments where or how You can park Your car. I haven't got any explanation so far...However the bed is not comfortable, it is totally noisy and soft.No TV in room, only limited kitchen disches.
