Location next to tori and playground.

Dirty room: looked like pee on the walls in the bathroom, and the tiles of the shower floor were dirty. The air conditioning in the building wasn't working and you couldn't open the windows, so it was stuffy and uncomfortable overnight.

Overdone security process. Not enough fresh air, noisy ventillation.

I really liked the location and the room had everything i needed

Great spot in the city. Shops are closeby.

Beg bugs, silverfish in the bathroom, just overall very unclean. Not worth the price.

Location and easy contactless entry.

The walls are very loud. On our first night, our neighbors were a bunch of very drunk Finnish young men who did not respond to repeated requests to turn down the music and stop shouting in the middle of the night. Instead, they attacked us. We tried to contact the hotel's customer service that we wanted to change the room, but no one answered us, even though the hotel's website promises 24/7 communication with customers. We spent a sleepless night, as did our friends who were on the other side of the room of noisy young people. Would not recommend this hostel if you want a peaceful rest.

The toilet tank didn't close properly, so the water was constantly dripping. (Room 531)

Clean good size room

Water was running in toilet non stop,the code for room door stopped working,it took more than an hour to get trough to customer service and to change the code so we could get in our room.

Quiet, great location. Very central.

Bathroom floor paint is coming off. Old and very noisy air conditioning in the room. The pillows were uncomfortable. The light bulb in the bathroom broke soon after arrival. Could have been a little cleaner in the bathroom. Although ,with just the light of a phone flashlight, it wasn't too bad in there ?

Pretty affordable and having our microwave was nice. Quite like checking in without having to talk to anyone. All pretty straightforward. Beds were nice and comfy. Just needed a place to sleep and that is exactly what I got.

It felt quite old/dated. The air inside the room was quite stale as the AC wasn’t working and the windows couldn’t be opened. Despite it being nice and cool outside the room was quite warm.

The cleaning definitely needs to be checked by an authorized person. The sleeping areas are nice. However, the cleaning of the materials to be used such as the kettle and the areas under the coffee table etc. is not good. Only the main visible areas have been cleaned. The fact that the windows do not open is a separate problem.

The location was excellent.

. Not enough pillows. No fresh air, some kind of air exchange, very noisy when in full but didn’t feel like it was doing anything. I did not like getting a message from a number I did not know, when we arrived, saying they had cleaned the room and asking if we were happy with the cleaning.My number should not be given to anyone.

The hotel is placed perfectly in the Center Part of Lahti. The price is very good. Also The rooms were clean, and you have space, water Cook, Coffee, tea, Place to hang clothes

The Personal contact is only per Phone, and you have to get in per Code, but the Personal is well reachable and polite. A big minus is that you cannot open the Windows. As i personally dont like and react well to air conditioning, but its the only possibility.

Size of apartment was ideal for a single person, with storage space available for clothes in a wardrobe. Other than the kettle & fridge, I didn't use the microwave oven as I was eating out during my stay in Lahti.

The only negative was that the I couldn't connect to the WiFi network - it was either not switched on or didn't work in some parts of the building - so I had to use my data allowance instead ?

We are not able to open windows, air conditioning is not working, no air circulation in the room.

The room was spacious, the beds comfortable.

The room was unbearably hot and stuffy with an unpleasant smell. The promised air conditioning did not work and there was no one to speak to. We hardly slept all night.

Budget accommodation in the centre of Lahti.

The automated check-in/out process. There are two entrances named Forenom, and only one is for this accommodation. It would make it easier for guests if the company put the number 14 on the door to this accommodation!!

The location was perfect.Simple.Clean enough.

Nothing really, but the location for the price.

The bed was great and the room was spacious with a good-sized fridge.

The place could use some renovations especially in the bathroom. Also, I was bothered twice by a cleaner in the morning (they opened my door without knocking or anything). As a solo traveller I did not feel safe in the room and had to leave earlier than planned. I had the security chain on the door, but what if I had not? It would have been even more scary and anxiety inducing situation then. I believe mistakes can be made, but to come and do the same thing twice? It is not a mistake at that point anymore. Will not be staying in this premise again.
