Refusal after initially agreed to refund early check out. Non responsive to inquiries to resolve issue

I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located and there is safe underground parking. The room was beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfortable.

I wish there was a bath in the room, but the shower pressure was good.

We were in pretoria to attend a babyface concert over a weekend and the location was so perfect as it was walking distance to the arena.There are so many restaurants and shops next to the hotel apartment that we were spoilt for choice.Deffinitely was an excellent choice.

I only spent an evening with my wife at the Capital. The staff had good energy, were very welcoming and professional. I particularly enjoyed how responsive they were to dealing with any queries or issues we had. Finally, the room we were upgraded to was also quite nice, clean and spacious, as we had initially booked a standard room. Also worth mentioning is that the breakfast at Koi was also fantastic, 10/10 chefs.

We initially weren't happy with the room we received and made our concerns known to the team working that evening. Within a short space we were then upgraded to a more spacious and premium room at no cost; this was a pleasant surprise that elevated our experience, and we would definitely make a return trip at some point.

Location, room size, cleanliness, staff are quite friendly and helpful. Proximity of restaurants and shops are within walking distance of the hotel.

The lighting in the room was not bright - either the bulbs were not working or the lighting was running out. I checked out before the maintenance staff could attend to it.

The room was always cleaned thoroughly, refill for water was provided. The breakfast selection is amazing. The location is perfect for our purposes.

It felt like there was a slight mix up with my reservation through booking.com. It was handled very discreetly, though, and resolved promptly, so I am not even sure it counts as 'negative' experience.

It was so LOUD! There is a night club close and the music goes until 4am in the morning.I complained about the AC not working multiple times and it was never fixed

It’s next lot of activities, I was woken up by a loud noise, next time I will request a place a room which is not facing the shops .

Amazing staff and allowed us in early arrival. Location, restaurants and room were exceptional. Once again, staff were what made our stay memorable!!

I loved the spacious and comfortable room. The breakfast was great with a wonderful variety.

we had a one bed apartment. it's spacious and clean. if you are planning on cooking there, you might find it a bit lacking but its great if you want to do breakfast only or a light dinner. it also has a nice restaurant on the top floor, very convenient. unbeatable location if you are looking to dine out and do some shopping or go to a show at the sunbet arena, like we did.

The beds in the room were badly damaged and very uncomfortable to sleep on, I left with body aches.

Great location, excellent variety at breakfast and staff were all fantastic.

The staff was welcoming and any issues/request during the day was addressed swiftly and promptly. Eventhough a little costlier, the location is very prime with malls, eat out available in the vicinity.

Perfect location, comfortable bed, quiet and peaceful...lovely helpful staff.

I made requests but noone actually confirmed if it would be completed or not. For example: 1. I asked for a cot and never received it. It wasn't a big deal but noone said anything to me about it. I asked bit noone actually followed up.2. I'd asked for an early check in. The response I got on booking.com was that the venue could not confirm it but when I arrived the check in staff said they were expecting me much earlier.

The access and the parking were difficult. Possibly because of the closures for the show

Superb from start to finish. Top notch hotel. We initially had a problem with our safe but it was fixed within 30 minutes of reporting. Well located with loads of really good value restaurants. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

I used Booking.com to reserve my booking but it didn't give an option to add breakfast or dinner. Which at the hotel I had to add it under my booking when paying. The payment for breakfast was not updated on the system in the morning when we went to go eat breakfast.

In my booking I requested two beds which was on the 5th floor but when we got to the room, it was one queen bed. We were already tired to go down to change the room.

We had a great stay. The facilities and cleanliness were top notch. The washing machine and dryer were particularly useful. Location couldn't be better. There is a small mall next door which has a Department store as well as a Woolworths food outlet, apart from clothes, shoes stores and so on. However many shops close fairly early. Better to check their timings.The hotel complex itself has a variety of popular restaurants. So one is spoiled for choice.The hotel has a complimentary shuttle service to and from Menlyn Mall, which is very useful. Overall, highly recommended!
