Villa Africa Boutique Hotel & Spa

My mom and I enjoyed our room and quietness within the facility. The services from the staff was excellent from the receptionist, waitresses, waiters, therapist to the cleaners they made us feel welcomed. I won't hesitate to visit the hotel again.

I like that they upgraded me to a bridal suite when I complained about my inconvenience I experienced in the room I initially booked. The bridal suite was exceptional and breathtaking.

For the standard room, it just as an open view tv whereas on the property details it states that the TV has streaming properties. For someone that came to purely relax in the room just to reset i found that as in inconvenience. The wifi also is not strong that side

The lady at reception was friendly and helpful. The maintenance guy was friendly and helpful.

We struggled to get hot water for the bath. Maintenance had to come and look at the problem only to find it takes really long for the water to get warm. A staff member played loud music in the lounge area till rather late. We were very tired and did not appreciate that as our room was close to the lounge.

The breakfast buffet was good

Poor shower pressure and poor communication when requesting an early checkin atleast 4 times before my stay to arrive and my room was ready just after the original checkin time .

Quietness, it’s suited in a lovely area and it’s accessible. The staff was great and the breakfast was good. Rooms were nicely scented.

The bathroom walls in the room we had booked had weird stains all over. The spa was good but the jacuzzi is a no go area, smells weird and water seems dirty like they recycle the same water over and over again without cleaning it or replacing it.TV remotes were not working

The shower only had cold water, and the bed was 2 twin beds joined the were not level and was uncomfortable

Walked in on cockroaches on the wall and floor and had to check out immediately

There were cockroaches in my room. I checked out immediately

Just a normal accommodation, there were cockroaches in the room, the room was not really cleaned properly,ran out toilet paper and to be honest I’m not sure as to what was going on the bathroom.

The location is great but their breakfast fast does not have that much options

The interior of the room is not what I expected. The mirrors are badly positioned.

Buffet breakfast is a much better option than having the waiter come as take your orders

2 pin plugs to be able to charge phones are needed.Maybe add an extra adapter to be able to charge phones and laptops without having to pull out the side tables and use the same plugs as the side lamps

The location of the property was good The trees were well maintained and the yard was verry clean and refreshing

The rooms didn’t have mini bar fridges The air conditioner wasn’t working The network is poor on the rooms far from the reception. There was minimal toilet paper in the room. There was lots of noise from the conference room which led to us not having a peaceful night The breakfast was very limited

Apon arrival, friendly greeting and service.Food was great, the Villa is beautiful. I highly recommend it.Thank you.

The room service is satisfying. But the bed was a joint of two 3quarters beds ,which was really unprofessional

The swimming pool is too small.Not allowed to bring your own food

The shower was not working. The windows were broken. No master key for house keeping.Receptionist not helping, even lied to us when we asked to be moved to another room saying is fully booked.

Great room, Great food, Great Spa Treatments, a fabulous time!

I really liked the treatment of the staff it was out of this world and I'd like to say keep up the good work you guys are stars

Fact that the Aircon wasn't working with the heat wave we faced and the bar fridge as well wasn't working even though I tried to raise it but nothing happened to the matter of attending both the Aircon and fridge.

The location is great

1. Lack of information in the room. There was a small ineligible piece of paper with not so useful information.2. Phone in the room was dead not working and I could ask if they had room service. 3. WiFi was not connecting in the room, only at reception.4. No visible or accessible PowerPoints to charge phone and laptop 5. Music from the dining room/restaurant was too loud until after 9:00pm6. Breakfast was too oily- everything from eggs, mushroom, sausage was dripping of oil

Friendly staff

The room was leakingand water was also coming through the closed sliding from the patio. The waitresses did not wear plastic gloves when they were serving bread. We did not have milk sachets on day 2.
