Menlyn Boutique Hotel

The grounds and rooms are beautiful. Definitely a 5 Star hotel. The food was fantastic. Your front line staff was extremely helpful in helping us set up transportation to and from the hotel and for excursions. Over and above our expectations.

I had hoped there were areas around the hotel we could walk to. I.E. shopping, other restaurants, sites of Pretoria.

Staff always very helpful. Great restaurants and pool area. High level of security as well

We love the decor, the drinks and snacks in the foyer. And the amazing breakfast and friendly staff in the restaurant.Love the clean comfortable rooms.

The reception is a bit for from the restaurant, would be nice if you could check out right next to the restaurant after breakfast, just to save some time.

Exquisitely & elegantly decorated rooms, very clean, snd very warm, friendly and attentive staff. Has a cool & private gym. Loved the sense of seclusion about this place. Privacy, tranquility & serenity abound. The fireplace was such a lovely treat! Book the honeymoon suite just to experience the opulence and decadence…welcome platter & frills of it all had me on cloud nine, such a welcome respite after the run-hiking adventure at Hennops more advanced route! I absolutely Loved the Houtlander furniture, smart Alexa sound & room aesthetics…glad for soundproof walks. Big ups for supporting local entrepreneurs moving in harmony with nature & biodiversity??Breakfast was scrumptious, loved that the eggs benedict was just the right size & flavourful. I want to try their sister-hotel(57 or 58 Waterberg) for my next safari trip…mod def choosing the Honeymoon Suite?

The restaurant closes early and room service gets affected by this, but this changes nothing about my review of this place

Room was welcoming and clean.Breakfast excellent and people so friendly and helpful.

Honeymoon suite was very romantic, spacious, flowers, drinks and balcony fantastic. We got extra special treatment and well treated. We loved their breakfast, so delicious and staff was very friendly.

1. The spar is not open on weekends and public holidays.2. The bar and restaurant closes at 2pm on Sundays and public holidays. I think that’s very bad for 5 star hotel. The pizza place was also closed for weekend and public holiday, so we got most of the food through uber eats orders.Otherwise we enjoyed the place.

Very clean and chic ambience. Breakfast was excellent and the staffs were very helpful.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The beautifully decorated rooms and artwork around the hotel, the friendly staff, the delicious food and attention to detail was exceptional. We went for a show close by and it was our anniversary weekend. My husband and I are already trying to find reasons to go to Pretoria to stay at this lovely hotel.

Room was spacious and clean, check in very efficient and receptionist very friendly. The area was very close to where we needed to be. Modern building and property very well maintained.

The hotel was superb and everything you want in a botique hotel...just make sure you get the right room when booking.

Room 15 fell like an afterthought for a room, hidden away, and is right on the highway with road noise all night.. the disco across the road thumped away until 1.30 in the morning..

Everything! Food options were really good so we never had to leave. The room was massive and had a great bathroom

I uploaded my ID and all my information on the app prior to checking in but at check in had to submit the same information over again

Hotel is beautiful! Room was stunning and had everything, staff was professional and very helpful.

There was a loud machine noise that “started” outside the room at around 22:00 at night. Assume like a aircon machine or something outside the room was activated but was really loud.

Everything, comfy bed, nice pillows. Clean and tidy rooms every day. I loved the coffee machine in my room. Friendly staff all over, restaurant is great. Big breakfast every morning, great variety that you can select.
