i liked the cleanness, the security, i was so comfortable, even food and accommodation are so affordable,

the place is excellent

On the last day i ordered boiled eggs but had to wait for 35 minutes to be told that the boiler was not working. This was after i complained about 3 times asking why i had to wait for so long for boiled eggs.

Should have been told immediately about the problem and i would have accepted the explanation

Staff friendly

Bed very uncomfortable , doors very noisy of all rooms kept us awake most of the night, very noisy with people fighting in the area all hours of the evening and early hours of the morning, plugs in room didn't work,

It well located in Hatfield and close to many amenities but not worth the rate they charge. The facilities are subpar. I feel it’s not worth the rate they charge and the rooms are jot aesthetically pleasing.

When I moved in there was puddle of water in the wardrobe which ended up making my dresses wet. I believe inspection should be done on room before guests check in. I had to move to another room which was an inconvenience as I had a lot of bags. I will definitely never stay in this hotel again

It does not get uncontrollably loud like other city hotels

the sliding doors dividing the bathroom in some rooms do not slide easily making it hard to close the doors.

The receptionist Robert had an attitude, I was not happy with the bed and wen I addressed it with him he was funny towards me

Everything was perfect.....the set up especially the lounge area...it is fabulous...10/10.

The food was tasteless....we ordered lunch and that was the biggest mistake of our life...the fries tasted like cardboard, the meat was not well cooked and the fruit salad was old....yuck!!!Please get a new chef or change suppliers because the food was very awful...even breakfast the next day was not good at all.

As I walked in a lady call Fortunate welcomed us with a smile and she was so friendly explained everything to us well done she is the best and she is an asset to the Hotel and at the restaurant Adelaide she was super nice serve us with love so patinate of her job overall everyone was good just I remembered those two outstanding employees Fortunate and Adelaide

Cleanliness

The breakfast was not good- fruit salad was not fresh. Coffee cups are extremely small.

Decent facilities for price point

There was an aircon unit or fridge unit outside room 122. It was very noisy and the rooms are not fitted with double glazing windows.

Beautiful and attractive hotel, parking availability

The bed in room 130, mattress is uncomfortable or old need to be changed, bathroom water spills to bedroom - Shower tub is not nicely secured preventing water spillage

breakfast was a bit expensive and took a bit of time to make an omelette. I was also served a warm white wine

The room was too small...the bed was not comfortable at all.There were no mat in the bathroom

Special request was sent on email and confirmed by call , but when we arrived nothings been done. light not working .

The restaurant is totally over priced and the food was of a poor quality. We also waited 1h 40 mins for the food to come.

I never had breakfast infact I was disappointed as I thought amount I paid was inclusive of breakfast only to find that the ZAR1200 was only for the white sheets and bathing with hot water nothing more

We enjoyed our 2 night stay.Friendly and helpful staff. Our 2 bedroom was spacious.Patio with city view. I will book this place again.Thank you.

The hotel is next to everything, specifically the restaurants. And the microwave in the room completes everything.

There was a lot of noise from the building next door for the whole night on Saturday

Overall, it is acceptable—neither good nor bad—considering the pricing of R1000 per night accommodation ; there's nothing much to complain about.

There is one thing I wasn't happy about: I left the hotel at 6:30 AM, and when I returned at 3:30 PM, I found that my room had not been cleaned. After I spoke to the reception desk, they sent a housekeeper to clean the room. However, after being outside all day, we were really tired and needed to rest when we returned to the hotel. We shouldn’t have to wait for housekeeping after such a long day. I hope that next time the hotel can better organize their housekeeping services. We are planning to book again this month to see if they have improved, and I will update my comments accordingly.thank you
