The fact that the housekeeping ladies started cleaning while we still getting ready to leave.. When she was standing in door I said I'll never book here ever again.. It was not even 10

The cleanness and the service

How small that room was,It gets uncomfortable for 2 people honestly.

The hotel staff was friendly and SUPER helpful. The restaurant was top tier too (Thanks to the friendly waitress, Thandi) :)!

The ironing board was not user-friendly and might not be conducive for guests with back problems.

Breakfast

A room with no outside window. Noisy. Stuffy. Claustofibic

There was too much noise from the people using the restaurant at the patio until 22h. The communication door in the room allows to hear the conversations on the other side from people there should be better sound proof.

Breakfast was appetising and delicious, and cleanliness was top. Room service best

The breakfast was very good.

The tv was not working, you must use your account to log on Netflix, prime video and DStv, I really think that was unrealistic.

Breakfast was great with good choices. Parking was easy. Good location.

Reception - meh - I found it irritating that I had to prove we had a booking, and when I asked them to look up my surname it wasn't good enough as reception quoted that "we have many hotels all over South Africa" so I still needed to show my booking proof before she even looked at the computer. This is a first ever. We were there 5 minutes past the booking in time and still had to wait another 10 minutes to get our key. The room walls were paper thin and noise levels were way too high. It sounded like people were loudly taking all night right opposite my room up to 10-12pm every night. Wifi was very patchy and did not work most of the time. Both in room and at breakfast.

The property was in a good location with lots of parking available and easily accessible. Rooms cleaned everyday which was lovely with tea and coffee facilities and good WiFi. Small gym but adequate for a light session, overall good facilities however it can be a bit noisy in the corridors.

There were people who was singing and making so much noise the whole night ,tried to call reception 4 times nothing happened .My husband and I was still going to drive 16 hours the next day unfortunately, we didn't even get rest

I ordered a burger meal with hot chocolate and i specifically asked if i can have glass of water with lemon as i have a medical condition that requires me to drink water before eating my meal arrives and i waited for about 15 to 20 minutes with no water and i called the manager and he asked one of the waiters to bring water, when the lady came to my table with that glass of water it had no lemon in it, and she never saw the need to greet at the table. she left without even explain the lemon issue she just placed the water and left, ......I was left puzzled . I then called her back to my table , I politely greeted her as she saw no need to do so the first time . I then pointed the obvious that was only when she explained why my water didn't have lemon when i had to dig it out of her, and her Re: "our lemon is not in good condition" you could think i was just wasting her time ,she couldn't even wait for my response she left me hanging .I was really running out of patience but still remained calm.I asked to speak to the manager ....I than explained what had occurred ,he apologised on her behalf.My meal comes guess what!? it's not what i ordered i got chicken burger instead of beef burger , i than ran that pass the manager he than wanted to rectify the mistake but because of my medical condition my last meal should be before 17:00 another meal will take forever I proceeded to eat whats infront of me but released there were no vegetables on the side as i ordered (beef burger )with veggies on the side.I called the manager yet again, he then said he will give me free breakfast but i have already paid for it when I booked . he then said :"it will be a take away" when leaving the hotel, .To cut the story short When i got into the flight back to durban i opened my meal took a bite of the beef burger the patty was raw and i had to throw it away and buy a meal from the airline.

Horrible place, drunk people fighting shouting slaming doors till 3 am in the morning, room is so small, it makes you feel claustrophobic. Would definetly not recommend this place.

Great location: easy to find & easy access.Friendly staff & quick service (front desk & restaurant).

Security

Lack of coordination between the hotel and booking.Com in regard to what was paid in booking.com. Example if the breakfast was paid or not. I had bad experience for two consecutive days. I was very annoyed with this.

Passable

I was not able to stay because when I was about to check in they had no electricity. I asked them for a refund in January which they said they would process but it’s now March I still have not received any refund. They have now completely ignored my emails I would not recommend

Staff very friendly, breakfast was superb. The rooms were very clean .

The bed was a bit uncomfortable

Every was excellent I did enjoy my stay with my partner for his birthday u felt so special you guys are the best and also the staff are very friendly and the food Woow??

We didn't like the staff service, it was too poor, we had to make numerous request in order to be assisted. 1st day we went out around 9AM only to come back around 13h00 room still not cleaned, we had to go out worse was from a DR and they provided us with used shower gel and shampoo we had to tell them to change, no extra toilet roll so had to beg the staff for another roll when the other was almost finished and they took forever to bring it. Tv also had to beg them to send their guy to assist us with it. We were just not happy with their service

Breakfast very good. Waiters very friendly. Linen in rooms clean and good quality.

Front desk staff not very friendly. I asked for an extra access card and was told there isn't any, they are full. Although the room was clean, it was very small, the basin in the bathroom was blocked so dirty water kept coming back up the drain when washing hands.
