Modern. Will always try them first when going to the Sunbet Arena.

The elevators to the different sections are confusing. One gets lost in the beginning. Nothing they can ever do about that. Security at the lifts so tight, I could not get to my friends unit.

Complex checking process, no sufficient parking. Very inconvenient checking process

It was disappointing that they did not inform me that the pool is not operating.

The pool was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, but unfortunately it was not operational during my stay. This was quite disappointing, especially since it was advertised as part of the hotel’s facilities. It would have been helpful to know in advance so we could plan accordingly.

No heating and rooms are cold, no extra blanket provided. literally, had to forgo one night because I could not get a refund and book in another hotel

Its hard to find a list of things to like. The room was clean and modern, bed was big and comfortable. Area feels reasonably safe, and included free parking.

BEWARE! The staff of this hotel runs some kind of scam to try and trick you to "immediately transfer money into a local bank account or lose your booking". This way they bypass booking.com. Dont fall for this deception!Otherwise, this was still extremely overpriced for what it was. It was simply a decent room and nothing else. Quite surprised to learn that not even breakfast was included, had to pay a couple of hundreds of Rands extra for breakfast. At that very high price at least breakfast could have been included.The sound insolation could have been better, it was very noisy during the night when other guests came in and out on that floor.Parking was free (great), but highly complicated to get in and out of it with lots of do's and dont's.Overall I do not recommend this hotel.

Beautiful views from the rooftop and a main mention to the staff members because they are the reason as to why we enjoyed our stay the most. The service of the receptionists and the stuff from the rooftop restaurant were exceptional.

Some of the rooms are quite small however it isn’t a dealbreaker for me.

The parking was confusing. The service was not good, asked for early check in and was just ignored. The price deserves better service

Location was perfect for the purpose of our stay. Walking distance to all attractions, restaurants, etc.

Central lighting system was not working and we were told to switch the main switch off on the DB Board. Similarly, the one bedside light could not be used as the cord is too short to reach the plug. Noisy plumbing from other rooms filtered through our bathroom.

Clean and comfortable apartment.

We had a great stay... the receptionist lady was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, they had plates, wine glasses( we had bought wine and forgot to bring our own)and utensils for us. Loved that. We would definitely visit again.

I had breakfast at the main hotel as I was at a conference there. SImple buffet style of hot and cold options. Staff were friendly and helpful.Front of house staff were helpful on arrival The room was newly renovated and clean and bed was extremely comfortable and a full kingsize.It is clearly being prepared for use as an appartment with modern fittings - oven, microwave, kettle and simple crockery and cutlery + tea. coffee and bottled water.This will be fine as an option for single night's stay for business only.

THe hotel is in the process of significant renovations which was not disclosed at booking, so essentially a building site.the corridors are cold and grey with grey tiles and walls and no soft furnishings or lightingit feels institutional and uninviting.The bathroom shower was small and difficult to get in and out of - required pulling towards you once inside the shower but there is no handle to do this with.The room had an interleading door to the room next door that was not sound proofed at all and neighbours could clearly be heard.

The staff at reception didn’t give proper instructions regarding parking and where our room is.

The carpets in the room felt sticky to our feet. The parking instructions is a fiasco. Sub par for there price we paid. They forgot to put towels in or room. Then when they brought some, it was dirty. The glass in the cupboard had a lipstick mark on it. Microwave starts on the stop button and does nothing on the start button.

Modern room and amenities. Comfortable bed. Good quality linen. Large and fluffy towels. Quiet airconditioning. Good night's sleep.

No place to hang a second towel

The family were attending a Concert at Sunbet Arena which is 350mt from the Hotel. Very convenient to the shopping centre close by. All within easy walking distance to the hotel.

Bad experience at the Capital

We paid the full rate for half the facility. We arrived early planning to go up to the bar on the roof. It was booked for a private function. So as full paying guest we could not use the pool or the bar as advertised. We were not informed. Even the reception advised how we could get up to the pool. When we got there we were turned away. Very bad. Will not stay again and will advise friends not to support.
