The room was clean and simple, comfortable beds. Micro was a good benefit.

Breakfast in another building but that's not a big problem

The location was great, right in the center, making it easy to access everything. There were also convenient parking spots near the hotel. The customer service was exceptional—they helped us out when we couldn’t make it in time for check-in.

Overall, the hotel was clean, but we did encounter a couple of issues. The windows couldn’t be opened, likely for safety reasons, but since the air conditioner was not very efficient, the room was occasionally too hot even on the coldest setting. Additionally, while the bathroom was generally fine, the floor would get quite wet after a shower, and the water wouldn’t drain properly. We also noticed some dirt in between the bathroom tiles.

Aparthotel is located right in the centre of Pori with Bars, Restaurants and grocery shops located nearby. We were able to reach all our visits very quickly. Nearby is 24h free parking and right outside the door is free parking after 18:00. The rooms are simple and toilet is separated from the bathroom. There was also a sauna.

Time is starting to show in the room. If you're looking for a high class stay then this isn't it. Window insulation isn't all too great so the sound of rain can be loud as well as any traffic or partying that happens outside.

Rooms were basic but clean. Beds had clean fresh linens and washroom was tidy. Staff was available by phone after hours and ready to help.

Accessing the building after hours with a Hospitality Mobile Access App was a struggle. So was accessing the building with the App from the underground garage. In addition, the underground garage was definitely designed for small cars not a large American SUV. ** However **, the staff was extremely helpful, always available and worked with us to resolve these issues. Thank you.

Hotel is located in the very centre of Pori, near Kauppatori, 1 min to bus station. There is no reception at the hotel, but its office is 2 min away. Alina at the office was super nice and friendly and helped me a lot, letting me charge my phone, leave my luggage and even taking it to the room in the evening - Alina, thanks a lot!Very nice restaurant Päre next door offers breakfast and lunch for reasonable prices. Room is nice and clean, there is a microwave, kitchen utensils, a hairdryer, etc. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to visit again.

Excellent location, quiet room. No breakfast available but good cafés nearby.

Good location and friendly staff

Very dirty. Toilet had big poop stains and drinking glasses seemed dirty. Hard to trust anything is cleaned if such basic stuff is not taken care of.

Good shower

Noise from the street (windows not insulated proper??) The room was not cleaned proper; dirt on the desk chair and in the bathroom wall around the toilet paper holder and next to the basin. We cleaned it up ourselves :(

the pillows could be better

Location was good. Good that room had a kettle and a micro.

Tv didn't work. Pillows where too hard. I didn't like that I had to install app to get in to the hotel.

no towels, no lights, no staff

There is no reception at this aparthotel but the staff was really friendly and helpful! They arranged for key collection when I couldn't make it before 5pm and we requested for an extra mattress for the extra bed which they accommodated.The location is convenient and really good, it is central and nearby everything. Room size is decent, not too small and not too big, a little bit less spacious when we have an extra bed in the room. There is a common kitchen and eating places which you can use with fridge, stove and kitchen amenities.

The photos doesn't show how old the hotel is, probably due for renovation! Our room's curtain doesn't work, we tried to close it and it's really hard - i think some plastic thing broke when we tried to pull it close..sorry.I wouldn't recommend this place if you're a light sleeper in the weekend as this hotel is surrounded by bars which even with windows shut, you can hear human, bikes and cars noises till about 5am!There was no hairdryer in the room even though it states that it does, when you order extra bed, make sure you ask for double mattress as the original mattress is so thin you can feel all the metal and springs at the bottom.

Nice and cosy hotel in the very center of Pori. Clean and quiet rooms. Microwave oven, fridge and water boiler were a huge bonus.

The staff at the office/check-in were very friendly and even gave tips where to eat/what to (sight)see

Wifi did not work during our entire stay (as foreign travellers with high roaming costs, we expected functioning wifi) and there was a smell from the canalisation coming from the bathroom

check in time is too late. 12.00-13.00 pm would be good. also no breakfast included with the price. that would be good to have cause €70/night is quite a lot.

Once I had the key, it was easy to access the room and the room was pretty comfy and clean, if basic

The noise from the street and bar downstairs was unbareable. I am not that sensitive to noise, but couldn't sleep until about 2 AM because of this. I also had to check in after 7pm, I messaged several times and tried to call ahead of my stay several times to confirm how to check in with no answer. Thankfully when I got there someone picked up the phone, and the check in was smooth and friendly, but it was a considerable source of stress up to then. All and all, not that satisfied.

Great value for money; central location, spacious and clean rooms, and easy receptionless access with a mobile key.

Close to the bus stop

There was no reception. It was a surprise that I had to get to the office to collect the key. I wanted to have some rest before heading for the destination but as it took time, had to hurry up.

Free parking. The hotel is located in the city center. Quite big room.

Unfortunately, the picture of room doesn't match the real one. In real life the room looks old fashioned and not cozy. The bathroom needs some renovation.
