The room was very clean, good breakfast.

It was cold in the room. The sauna was closed.

Central location in the town, good basic breakfast, old grand hotel style

Elevator is quite small to travel with a dog and luggage

Comfortable and quiet hotel in a good location. Breakfast was good with many options. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel in the heart of the city. Nice room, very good breakfast with a glass of bubbles, free parking on the opposite side of the street.

Checking in after 9 pm is not easy to arrange and it depends on the staff availability.There are 5-6 stairs in the breakfast area which you have to use every time you need to refill your plate.No sound isolation between the rooms, so be ready to hit the wall several times in case your neighbours are noisy ;-)

This older hotel is a hidden gem- for the price we got a large room with a view of the park- very quiet inside and out- within walking distance of the old historical townsite- nice walk down to the water - 176 steps each way!!The staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the sauna is only open on the weekend so it was not available during our stay. However, the staff were very kind to give us a tour of the sauna area- super clean and very nice- steam room, hot pool, dry sauna- The breakfast was to die for- presented very tastefully- so much to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel

It was all good- room was warm at night but had a fan which helped in cool down. Shower was spacious with great pressure. Beds very comfortable

Very good breakfast. Good and comfortable hotel room to work with laptop.

The bed was too soft for me. There was no kettle in the room.

Breakfest was good, room was clean. If it was not for the negative feedback thing, the rating should have been like 8 and if the Spa was available, then 9.

The sauna and spa are (were) not available but Sat and Sun morning. I did not see or find any mention of such when booking the hotel or checking the info again. I was so much looking forward to relaxing there after the long work and travel day. Please fix this.

Staff is very good. Room is very comfort. New type of shower gel smells fantastic. Very quite.

New place of breakfast not comfortable at all, running with food by steps is not good idea!!!

The location is superb. It is an old hotel in art deco style, which is very pleasing. Rooms are comfortable, good size. The staff is very friendly and ready to help out if needed.

It's a brilliant hotel, from the spacious and elegant entrance to the well appointed and decorated bedroom, it was all a bit of a surprise how lovely the hotel is. The room was very clean and decorated to a high standard with a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was very good, buffet style but hot and nicely cooked with lots of variety.

Just one thing, the beds are particularly soft.

Location was excellent, cleaness, breakfast, all good.

The water pressure to take shower was too low. I think that was maybe to save water and be green, but in was not comfortable and hope that the hotel will change it. This is the only real problem in hotel.

Good plenty breakfast, beds very soft. Pillows too big and hard.

Central location with free parking in front. Good size room. Comfy beds and decent quality pillows and linen. Good value for money (at least in December'24). Breakfast was also above average, even free cava.

The main problem was that the noise from the next door room (via ventilation) was really loud, we could hear clearly the talking and water running etc.
