Schloss Fellin Boutique Hotel and Spa

We stayed on the top floor of this adorable castle, in the special town of Viljandi. We loved the ambiance, the champagne upon arrival, the grounds, and the fantastic full breakfast. The spa was special too. Loved this place.

Viljandi is a wonderful little town in the center of Estonia. We enjoyed our night in Schloss Fellin a lot. Room was clean, had A/C and bathroom was luxurious with different showers and amenities available. Hotel is a short walk away from other restaurants if you don't manage to get a spot at the hotel restaurant. We also had to leave early for our wedding, so staff made sure we can have breakfast earlier. It's a great hotel for couples who want to stay away from the city or on the way to southern Estonia.

Great spa, sparkling welcome drink as a nice surprise, quality toiletries, wonderful breakfast in the Novell cafe including a children’s corner, small details everywhere that make you feel great and welcomed. And the chandeliers in all the rooms of the building including both clients’ rooms and the common areas!

Wonderful property, great location. The room was beautiful, very clean. We had our puppy with us so they gave us a dog friendly room that was fully equipped with bowls, a doggie blanket and separate towel for our four legged boy. The staff is very friendly and made us feel very welcomed.

One of the best 5* high-end hotels in Estonia. Full renovation, stylish design, comfortable bed, fantastic bathroom. Cozy and functional SPA in the 0 floor. Everything looks fresh and new. Delicious breakfast with a la carte option. Worth every euro!

Waiters in the restaurant could be better trained.

No service from reception - handed out only room keys, but no hotel introduction.No decent windows. Only 2 very small ones, no view at all.AC comes if you pay extra.Price is high, hotel level is not according to price level.

Excellent location, nice, comfortable clean rooms. There was everything necessary in the room. The staff is friendly.

Breakfast is on the menu. The buffet breakfast in the hotels is better. But I understand that it's difficult to make a breakfast buffet in such a small hotel. The bed is too soft for me. A little expensive.

Hotel staff was very helpful with everything before and during our stay. Overall quality of the hotel and its SPA area (including massages) were very good.

Room size and overall room feeling was a little less than expected from my point of view (for the cost of it). Biggest downside was the dinner and breakfast waiting time and quality. Some of the food was good but overall it was close to mediocre. Breakfast should definately be a lot faster (waited about 35 min for our porrage, omelette and muesly). But as our overall stay was still enjoyable just take these things into consideration on future service improvement.

Everything was amazing! Customer service great, room was clean (!) there was no dust anywhere. Food and drinks was very good at the Book cafe Novell aswell as the great customer service! Soft and comfortable bed, baby bed was ready in the room, as requested. I can highly recommend, the price meets the standards at Schloss Fellin. Free electric charging for car was a big plus! Thank you so much for this lovely experience, we will come again for sure!

Rooms were excellent. Spa was lovely and breakfast tasty.

The staff was very young and not trained enough for the hotel rating. The hotel also lacked direction signs and it was difficult to find the spa and breakfast cafe. Hotel restaurant is open only Thursday to Saturday.

Lovely small hotel full of history. Very comfortable beds, enough space for clothes. We appreciated the small stories about previous owners and history of the building.

Stairs were a bit steep from 2nd to 3rd floor, but they called us beforehand and asked if it's fine for us to use stairs from 2nd to 3rd floor which we agreed to.

It was a very private visit; for example, we were the only people in the spa. It seemed that way in the entire building. ?We liked the wonderful chandeliers – they were truly impressive and luxurious.

since we visited the hotel in the middle of a week, the restaurant was closed and the kitchen of the cafe was also closed relatively early.

Very nicely renovated old castle in the middle of the town. Every detail is at its place.

Tasty A la carte breakfast with multiple options. Plus points goes to that they had also vegan options in their breakfast menu. Fresh and good quality breakfast. Comfortable rooms and nice interior design in the whole building. I recommend to walk around the building to get to know about this historical house. Cozy small spa with couple saunas and pool. I really liked also little relaxing room, where you can enjoy cup of tea after massage.

Excellent property. Takes you back in time. Beautiful decorations, authentic, and the architecture itself is exquisite. The location is on top of the hill, only a 3 minute walk from the ruins. The spa area is clean, comfortable, looks great, comes with a homely atmosphere and has everything you need for a nice spa evening. Our room and especially the bed was comfortable beyond measure, which is why I took a voluntary nap on the day of arrival and pre-departure. Apart from that, the interior is very pleasing and males you feel home within a few minutes of arrival.

The newly renovated building in the heart of Viljandi is a sightseing itself, really amazing place to stay. With all the comfort you would need from a amazing stay. Also something to point out was a very tasty vegan friendly menu, a big plus!

There were some minor details, for example there wasnt a swimsuit drier in spa area, not a big deal. Also i couldnt connect my iphone to the tv to watch netflix.

Breakfest was very good but one Mimosa for room was not very positive

To get in the hotel is very hard for older people, it was a problem
