Located by the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bryggen Wharf, 984 feet from the fish market, is Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, Bergen. This modernized hotel offers air conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. All rooms at Radisson Blu Royal have a TV and a bathroom with a shower. Some rooms also have a bathtub and seating area or desk. 26 North Restaurant & Social Club offers a Norwegian surf and turf menu inspired by local foods, and later opens up for late-night dancing and entertainment. Guests can stay active at the in-house fitness room, which also offers a relaxing sauna and steam bath. Torgallmenningen Square is located a 5-minute walk from the hotel. - I wrote a negative review on this hotel 2 weeks ago. I promptly received an on line response from hotel Manager. In prior stay we were told no double or queen beds available. New towels not supplied and dirty. THIS TIME ALL WAS POSITIVE.

- Room was 2 singles. Asked at front desk about double/queen. Refused. A check that night showed double/queen available. Asked about linens/towels. Told every 3 days, but not informed at check in. Told them we had traveled a few days and used shower. None.
- The room was hot for me.
- Inability to control temperature, pillows were too plush
