Reception staff amazing and location is exceptional

couldn't adjust the room temperature particularly well apart from that very nice room

Breakfast is nice, and the possibility to take it upstairs to the lobby area and enjoy it with a city view and natural light is a plus. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they solved the issue very quickly and professionally. Really good central location, and the unique, beautiful room style is a highlight of this Hotel. Will book again!

Room descriptions on booking platforms could be updated to avoid misbookings and misunderstandings. Better and more accurate photos of the rooms would also be helpful.

Breakfast was very good, a lot of choices. The staffs were very friendly and helpful with directions and other questions.Super convinient location to shops, sightseeig places and boat rides and tourist information. It is locatedon a pedestrian wide street, nice to stroll along the road. Walk to the fish market.

We were relocated to the sister hotel (hotel Olena) which is literally around the corner due to this hotel being closed. The Hotel Olena was fabulous- super clean, stylish, excellent breakfast, fantastic central location and the most friendly staff who could not do enough to make our family feel welcome (especially Henrique who was so kind to my young son who loves him!)

Very modern hotel located in the centre of everything. Bed shower and room all what you expect from quality hotel. Breakfast was excellant with range and quality great.

The hotel is located close to restaurants, shopping, the Bergen waterfront, and Christmas Market. The staff, especially Linda, was very friendly from check-in to check out. Answered all our questions with a smile.

Early breakfast was amazing. My room was kept clean. People speaking my language directed me across the vast landscapes.

I did't get my ride from the airport to the hotel. I paid 700kr for an airport taxi!

Best possible location for access to old Bergen by walking. Terrific staff at reception. We totally enjoyed the lavish breakfast as there were numerous options.

The location is very central and the room clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

Only a small thing but there weren’t any opening windows in the room.

The bathroom was missing some stoppers for the sliding doors and a shelf over the sink, so not in the best condition, which doesn't fit with the price.
