    Less than meet the eye.

Room the size of a shoebox. Staff overwhelmed when buses arrive. Forget about service of any kind if you are not a part of the Tour group. Personally my opinion is they may be getting a kick back from the Parking tickets the police write up, on the Hotels parking spots. When you mention that to the kids who run the desk/hotel, they are sarcastic and rude. Beware here. Beside that the location is terrible.

Good variety of breakfast, clean and comfortable room.

The view was amazing. Overall worth the value.

Our room was a little dusty, so could do slightly better with cleaning. Also hotel is close to the tram station, but did not expect having to climb up a hill to reach the hotel.

The staff were nice. The breakfast was plentiful and I like how they had real scrambled eggs and decent meat for breakfast, not just all carbs and sweets. Having the grocery store next door was helpful. The room was a good size. The restaurant and rooftop deck have a fantastic view of the city. The hotel seemed like a good value for Bergen.

Laundry facility on site was a plus, but the machines take way, way too long. I had my clothes in the dryer for over four hours and they were still so wet that I had to lay them all out in my room to dry. You are better off taking your clothes to the laundromat that is a short walking distance away from the hotel.

Great ambience, breakfast buffet was great, laundry option was great

Parking situation was a bit shit but that's not directly the hotel's fault. Makes the stay significantly pricier. Non existent motorcycle parking, forcing you to pay exhuberant parking costs even though you take up almost no space

Easy to find, close to the tram station. Good staff, clean property. Breakfast was also good. I stayed two nights. As a solo traveller, i am very much happy about my decision.

Norway hotels are expensive and this one is for budget travelers who will trade a lesser location and quality for a lower price. It's a fair trade. The rooms are small and very basic, but comfortable enough for a night or two. Breakfast buffet was quite good. Staff are nice, but not always at your disposal. If you get a room here for much cheaper than in the city center, then it might make sense to stay here.

If you are here for tourism, location is a too far for most people to walk to the old city center, but there is a tram <10 min walk away. A bit of a soulless place trying to be run for economic efficiency rather than comfort.

In the middle of the night activated alarm in hotel, but that was technical mistake..it happened in 2.30am!?

    5AtanasovaPosted on: 9-5-2025

    Good breakfast and location

No fridge in the room, very small rooms but the place is pricey, not enough light in the rooms, elevator keeps making noise when going up and down,

Hotel is closed to Bergen train station and Bergen Central. You just jumped onto Tram number 1 outside Bergen train station to Denmark Pass Tram station. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from tram station. Same tram station can be used to go to Bergen central to see all the attractions including Byggens wharf and all cruises go from there. Hotel itself is clean and newly built building and breakfast is included in the cost. There are e-bikes and normal bikes available outside the hotel.

I stayed there for 5 nights and same breakfast was in the menu, which needs a I be changed

The room was clean and the price and location was good. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The room was very hot. The blankets were super thick and the window couldnot be opened completely. The shower is very small and there is no room to move even. There is no kettle or some cups in the room and you have to ask for one.

Gentile staffs, very good breakfast, good location?

The TV was not working during our 6 days stay but the rest would do since it's a 3 star hotel so I didn't expect that much ?

    9KennethPosted on: 8-19-2025

Good value, clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was very good, and restaurant was very clean with good hospitality. Great views of Bergen

In room refrigerator would have been a nice addition. Normally would have been closer to tram route, but closest tram was shut down when I was there - no fault of the hotel of course.

    Clean, well located, great restaurant

    Lack or aircon

Good location and clean hotel with pleasant staff

From the website said that they have parking opportunities for guest but when I arrived they said it’s occupied. Beside they didn’t even knew what to recommend. That was bad experience and if I knew I chose another hotel because I paid 200 kr for park outside hotel and also walks distance

Close to public transportation, very nice breakfast, comfortable bed.
