Hotel Aparjods is located in the natural beauty of Sigulda , 31 mi from Riga. It offers elegant rooms with a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is provided in public areas. All rooms at the Aparjods are decorated with cream tones and dark wooden furniture. Each has a work desk and a bathroom with a shower. A buffet breakfast is served every morning at the hotel’s spacious restaurant, which offers a selection of Latvian dishes and quality wines. Barbecue facilities are also provided. You can relax in an Arctic-style spa bath or in a sauna at surcharge. There is also a common lounge with leather sofas and a fireplace available.

The hotel is very conveniently located. We got a room in the newest building. The building and the room itself are very nicely decorated. The bed is very big and comfortable.
Nice location, outside of Sigulda center, still close to some shops, not useful for our trip, but might be relevant for others. Super friendly and professional staff. Absolutely delicious food and drinks at the restaurant.

Cons -

Not to blame Aparjods, but the sidewalks of the roads are not very friendly to pedestrians as at some points there are no sidewalks at all. It's more on the town though. Also, we found it a funny feature, but the space for the toilet (between the wall and the shower) is tiny and might be an issue for bigger people.
