Best Western Plus Kalmarsund Hotell

The closeness to the inner city such as the church, the. Busrs and shops. Perfect in every way... Loved the breakfast and coffee bar in the lobby!

Great location, very good breakfast, friendly staff.

Clean hotel, nice rooms, nice staff all around, perfekt lokation, parking just under the hotel!

Great location and very good staff.

Room was not great cleaned. Toliet boern needs bettet cleaned

Location. Very good breakfast

Without the breakfast I would only give the room a 7. It's showing its age. No USB outlets for instance. Bathroom was small, and the toilet seat was flimsy . . No real closet. No real place to put a second suitcase. Curtains weren’t thick enough to keep out the sunlight in the early morning. Windows not solid enough to keep out street noise. . Bedside tables were very small. Not air conditioned.

The comforter on the bed was so soft and full. It's the little things. It was also convenient to the train station. The breakfast was very good with a large variety of food.

Good shower and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was also good with good coffee. The front desk staff were very helpful in suggesting places to walk to in the city.

No issues to speak of.

The friendly staff, the location and the breakfast.

The hotel was on the older side, the room and bathroom could use refreshing

Location, breakfast and bed comfort

Location, cleanliness, breakfast, and value

The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was great. Front desk staff very helpful We had a great stay

Can’t think of anything

Very convenient location, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and they promptly addressed my request for a quiet room.

The greasy cooking smell each day between lunch and diner time. There’s a Chinese restaurant next door, and the venting might have had some issues.

Amazing breakfast!!! Comfortable beds & pillows.Nice shower & bathroom counter space for toiletries. Also nice outside seating area for relaxing w a cup of coffee & cookie.

Nice enough hotel. Rooms were adequate. Breakfast was really really nice. Parking at the hotel. Night lights directly over the pillows were extremely dangerous. Getting out of the bed, hit my head on the light and drew blood. Good intentions, unfortunate placement! Be careful. Staff were nice.

Good location. Comfortable room. Quite. Only 5 min walking to railway station and many nice restaurant .

Value for money. Many other hotels in Kalmar offers same commfort and better breakfast for a lot less money

Breakfast

The room was not clean at arrival, especially the bathroom, with stains on the toilet seat, toothpaste on the sink and mold in the shower. Some parts of the hotel are old and did by far not meet our expectations for a 4 star hotel.

Location, clean room, good breakfast.

Good, central location. Service minded staff. Good breakfast. Public free overnight parking available within a short walk. A room issue was resolved quickly without fuzz.

Expresso coffee at breakfast.

Central location, polite staff, clean room, big bathroom, very nice breakfast buffet, fridge in the room, big TV. In general the hotel is value for money and would get back there.

The bed could be bigger for a superior room, it would be better to change the check out time at 12:00.

The breakfast was great, with free tea and coffee available the rest of the day. Perfect location, so close to everything

Beds were really comfy but quite narrow
