The rooms were spacious and the internet was fast and easy to access. The parking was a flat fee of around $20, which was okay with us, since it was hard to find street parking in that area. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options.

The rooms were very clean and nicely laid out. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Overall, this hotel was a very good example of mid-price chain lodging.

The beds were ok, but not up to the standard we experienced in other similar hotels in Sweden. The public spaces had some truly odd decorations. Sometimes less truly is more. The tight parking garage makes it very difficult to maneuver your car in or out.

It got better when they change our room

The first room was really dirty with dirty sheets and the lady at the front was not very helpful on our way in.

Parking on site full. Bedroom window opened onto restaurant/function room. Although not in use it was odd.

Staff was extremely nice, car parking in garage was easy, the location of the hotel was excellent.

Room had a view to second floor. Basically there was no view.

Good location, city centre easily accessible. On-site parking was a plus, and the reception found a way to fit our 2 motorcycles in the garage even thou it was 'fully booked'. Very good breakfast. The hotel has a small indoor pool, which is a plus.

Room was small and there is practically no air conditioning (and the ventilation in the room was not that effective either. We had a a bit wet motorcycle gear in the room, and that made the air really humid. No possibility to open a window didn't help.

We really found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful and most especially Isabella and Helena. They were both wonderful and made our stay even better.

There was nothing that we didn't like about this hotel. It was wonderful.

Couldn't sleep. To much noise in the hotel - shouting in the corridor, doors slamming etc. Like bachelor hotel. No soundproofing. Small room. No value for the money in all.Paid for parking space in the garage but the parking spaces was to small for a modern car.

Breakfast room was too small and difficult to find a table. One morning difficult to get into the breakfast room as food and drink all very close together causing a queue. Bread rolls not always refilled

Location of the hotel was very good, public areas were cozy, breakfast was good and they had many options to choose from. The hotel room bathroom was decently modern and very clean. Good for the price.

The old outdated look of me and my friend's hotel rooms. It looked dull, dark, depressing and something from the the 70's or 80's. My room also had an old smell to it. Also coming from a Nordic country the full floor carpets were a big con for me. Only the bathroom looked decently modern. However we pretty much only slept in the rooms so in the end it didn't bother that much but they most certainly should renovate the rooms.

Somewhat outdated bathroom and shower, and poor lighting. Also not really the fault of the hotel, but there was loud construction going on right outside my window starting every morning at 7am which made it impossible to sleep in, even with the windows closed. Again, no fault of the hotel but it was slightly detracting to the stay.

We stayed at BW Stadshotell just for one night. The staff were helpful, they provided us with a room with large double bed, as we asked. The bed was so comfortable, we really enjoyed our sleep. There was a very good shampoo, shower gel, body lotion. There were also two bathrobes, so we could use them for our spa visit.The spa area was ok, a bit old sauna and jakuzzi, but there was also a small pool. The breakfast was very nice in the beautiful hall. It could be more fruit, but in general it was ok.

The room was very small and pretty cold. No free parking, just a payed place in the garage with a not very comfortable entry. Strong bleach smell at the pool. Near the hotel there is a construction underway, it is noisy and dusty from 7-30 a.m.

City center is in walking distance. Hotel has a great restaurant , with very nice Breakfast and dinner.

Convenient parking: there was a lift from the parking garage straight to the room floors. The speed-checkout was nice; we could just drop our keys to a box when we left, as long as we paid in advance.

There wasn't really anything we didn't particularly like; it was quite an ordinary hotel. Not too memorable, in good or bad.

Great location with walking distance to city center. Garage can be reserved.

The air condition in the room was not great. Very small parking lots in the garage.
