Nice and clean. Great location and the breakfast spread was awesome.

Rooms could do with a lick of paint and a general refresh. Other than that it was good.

They were completely overbooked. I had a reservation for 2nights for 2 people, upon arriving at the hotel they only had room for 1 person for 1 night.The person at the reception simply shrugged and pointed at their system saying that I was wrong and they could do nothing.Will absolutely never going back to that place.

The location is right in the center and easy to get to

We booked a Queen Room for 2 people and 2 nights and paid in advance via Booking one month before our stay.When we arrived the unfriendly person at the reception gave us the room keys. When we got there we noticed it was much smaller and with 2 single beds in the back of the hotel with only no ventilation other than a window that could only be partially opened. I went back to the reception to ask for the proper room and he said that our booking was for a single bedroom for 1 person.We showed the Booking.com's confirmation and he said he couldn't do anything about it. He also said they couldn't refund me or change the booking either.As there was a festival in the city, every hotel within kilometers were already booked. And we had dinner reservations, so we accepted our fate and went out for dinner.When we got back to the room and had proper time to inspect it, not only it was tiny, it was also smelly and very dirty, there were spider webs in the walls, and spiders hanging around. No ventilation and also poor lighting. There were only bedside lamps. The hotel halls were also smelly and everything was dated. We checked out and had no alternative other than drive back.

Great location, comfortable large room, good breakfast

We liked the complimentary coffee, ice water and lollies always in the lobby. Places was freshly painted. Breakfast was great.

Bed was to hard, sauna wasn't on when we went up (feel better instructions could be given around the use of it) receptionist is very helpful but his English could be improved, or our nz accents could!! :)

Nice bed and it was clean.

Clean the drainage hole in the bathroom. The water took a long time to clear.

A nice hotel at the centre of Motala and great views. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of varieties. The staff are very accommodating and friendly.

The shower was a little dirty and the conditioner provided could be better.

The staff was great and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The gym was a very pleasant surprise (quality equipment and all functional). The location was walkable to restaurants and the water. The building is old and a little tired, but the bathroom was nicely updated. The beds were functional but not luxurious. At the end of the day, about what I expected, probably a little better.

the buidling is a little old and tired, but for the most part it was totally fine.

It was very noisy as a bar with band is below the rooms. No special breakfast, it was ok.

The sauna was lovely. The staff was amazingly nice. Just let down by the room. The room is tired shabby windows, no phone, no bath which i expected when i booked, the shower had no door and the sealant was gone so it was leaking and flooding the bathroom. Different lamps either side of bed only one side had a bedside table. Overall lovely stay I had a pleasant time with my partner just a shame about the quality of the room. 3/5

Fantastic staff were super helpful. Comfortable rooms in the heart of Motala. Everything was good quality, we had a fridge with cold water. Breakfast had a lot of choice and very fresh!

Sadly the restaurant is not open on Sundays.

Well located near the lake in the heart of Motala. The beds are super comfy, the linen high quality and clean, the breakfast is fresh and nice and there are vegan options. The staff were super helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Great place- good value for money!
