Breakfast!!! Spacious room! Wonderful desk staff!

Excellent location, awesome staff, great breakfast.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and attentive — they made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, spacious, and offered a beautiful view. The facilities are top-notch: modern gym, elegant lobby, and an excellent restaurant with delicious breakfast options. The location is ideal — safe, central, and connected to the shopping mall which made everything super convenient. It’s a true example of Hilton’s high standards.

Honestly, nothing to complain about. Everything exceeded my expectations.

The pool was too small for the number of guests, with very limited chairs and no convenient place to store personal belongings.At breakfast, the staff seemed overwhelmed. We waited a long time for a clean table despite asking several times, and both food and dishware were not replenished quickly. Overall, this made the experience less enjoyable.

The loacation is very good. The room is clean and very organise. The stuffs are very good and nice.

Everything was great. Friendly staff, great room. Definately has become my go to stay for work in Montevideo.

Could be a little cleaner, but to be honest it was not bad. Probably had more to do with neighbouring rooms being careless rather than with the hotel itself.

Conveniently located next to the mall, was able to get everything I needed for my stay. The snack bar fridge down in the lobby was good.

As usual, the hotel facilities are great. Being next to the Montevideo Shopping Center is very convenient. Personal is great.

This time the bed was terrible; it was inclined which made sleeping very hard. Breakfast gets out of options very fast, mostly bakery related; it should have more options and reloaded more often.

Good breakfast, there's always healthy and gluten free options in both breakfast and a la carta.

Upon arrival we get a room under renovation. Girls at the reception desk didn’t have that in system. A complimentary one was suite with living room. Breakfast could be more rich. Overall it’s a good hotel.

I like the taste, cleanliness and staff’s amability.

Rooms should have more lights or brighter ones.

BREAKFAST was awsome, the pool really nice and quiet, the rooms were confortable, the stuff really friendly. Restaurant was tasty, Location was ok if you get there by car, very functional the direct access to the shopping mall. There was a really famous restourant just across the street (flor 40 th) but we didnt go there because we where travelling with small kids, but people really recomended it. Pets are allowed, we took out dog, 10/10 to this hotel.

I really liked everything, specially the good will to get late check out something not common to get, the hotel is very recommendable
