Location, breakfast

Needs attention. Shower hand was moldy with algae growing on it. A bit outdated.

Room size

Entire floor was dirty...shoes stuck to the carpet. Shower was broken, sprayed water everywhere. Breakfast was terrible, cold and stale. Location was sketchy wouldn't recommend.

I liked the location and the room.

Most of the people from the staff were nice, but it was very difficult to order something to eat. I tried twice and I gave up. My check in was in a raining Sunday, around 4 p.m. I asked for some food from the menu but the responsible for the kitchen told me that she could cook something around 7:30 p.m. Two days later I had the same situation.

There were four issues with the room which made it very uncomfortable and the front desk showed no sense of urgency to repair so we decided to leave after one night.

Not much. Location was good.

Noisy rooms, both from the hallway and the street. Lot of light coming in through under the doors during the night. Very loud fridge kept me up all night. Bathroom had a water leak and window closures were broken. Overall not 4 stars.

Location was good. Not too far from old city. While the lobby was shiny new, the room felt old and in need of an update.

Bathroom needed updating. Sheets were so stiff and uncomfortable.

We booked triple room as we were family and only one night. So we checked in and we were so disappointed I did look around (as I am accommodation supervisor in hotel) and looked so shabby, dusty,cobwebs on the walls, broken glass on the the table (which is dangerous especially if you stay with a child),and then the view ?all you could see it was air conditioner boxes outside and finally the bathroom ? worst ever I saw in my life… shower curtain was yellow yellow, mirror dirty,mould everywhere in the bathroom ( there was a fan on the wall but doesn’t work ? just for look) Sorry but this hotel definitely not 4star hotel unfortunately

Good location, parking available ( for an extra cost ), helpful check in staff.

Room was tired and in need of refurbishment. Bathroom not cleaned to a high standard.

There was a lot of noise coming from the hall, the towel hanger was loose and we didn’t have enough towels when we entered the room. Apparently the room wasn’t ready, even though we checked in at the time requested

It was located new the town area and fast food restaurants

There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and the windows, and curtains in the bedroom.Every day was the same food on the breakfast buffet

Rooms are spacious and well-lit. The hotel is located at the centre of the city and there's not much traffic in that street. The lobby looks very tidy, with comfortable sofas to wait in.

If you're put in a room with a communicating door, you'll hear all the noise from the other room. I complained and had to leave the hotel before the night and they didn't even offer to give me a reduced fare.

Only thing good about this hotel is the location.

I've been there a couple of times, with ups and downs. This time, I was having a nap and they moved a family to the room next door, which is connected by an inside door, which was luckily locked. However, I could hear all the banter and noise from the shower. I woke up and couldn't go back to sleep. I have a 5-hour journey every time I stay there, so I need to sleep to recover, that's the main reason I stay there. So, I had to cut my stay short and checked-out even without spending the night. Did they offer a discount? No. Maybe they're not allowed, but the least they could do was appologise. I'm not staying there again soon.

Good, spacious rooms and in a very good location in the city centre.

Sometimes there's smell from the pipeline a bit too strong.

the heating did not work and we asked reception repeatedly to fix this but no one ever came to the room

We were disappointed with the unexpected extra cost!

The hotel did not honor Booking.coms price USD147 and instead forced us to pay USD164. WE WANT BOOKING.COM TO GIVE US AN EXPLANATION AND PAY BACK THE DIFFERENCE, THANKS.

Room and bed were really cozy, quiet rooms

In the website I chose the hotel on the category “airport shuttle “ because of the distance from the hotel to the airport, but upon arrival the hotel staff told me they did not offer that service.

Breakfast, lobby area very clean and neat

Outside the hotel garbage all over the ground . Did not looked very attractive
