After Hotel Montevideo

Friendly staff, close to money exchanges and came with buffet breakfast.

Room and location.

There was a separate elevator three of the rooms on the floor that are a different wing. It's very confusing for a small hotel. Breakfast was fine and nothing of note.

The location is great—good transportation and near the Montevideo shopping center.

There was a problem with the bathroom and it wasn't correctly repaired during our stay.

The After Hotel is a wonderful stay...I traveled w my son. They accommodated us twice because we returned...after we checked out, they permitted us to stay in the Lobby for hours since our flight was in the middle of the night.The food was also excellent. Highly recommend this small Hotel!!

Not much. Parking was not easy but we managed on the street

The breakfast was very good, the location and good value. The room was comfortable and clean.

There's no kettle in the room, like I saw in the picture before book it. And I asked for one, they wanted to charge 10 dollars extra.

Location

Staff wasn’t friendly, the front desk service manager (Steven) wasn’t friendly or understanding. They charge extra if you like to take some breakfast items your self outside the breakfast area or to your room, the charge extra for tea other the black tea. The room was very small and the were broken items (towel’s hooks) in the bathroom they took 2 days to fix them. There was a friendly girls at the front desk and she wasn’t Uruguayan, one of the few friendly person as well a few others on the rooms service area.

I had a fantastic stay at After hotel Montevideo. The room was spotless, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing experience. The location is perfect—close to key attractions and easy to navigate around the city. The staff were extremely friendly and cooperative, always willing to assist with any request. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay.

Loved that it was in nice area where we actually could go out and walk at night. Also close to the beach. The room and whole hotel looked great, and the breakfast was pretty good The staff was friendly to us as well and helpful when we had questions. When I comes back to Montevideo, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I thought the lunch/dinner food seemed a bit expensive, but it was still good and you don't have to eat at the hotel if you don't want to!

The hotel is clean and comfortable, the breakfast is well served and of good quality, the staff is very polite and helpful, the location seemed very safe and with shopping options and restaurants nearby that don't require driving.

The negative point was the fire that occurred due to an electrical fault on my floor that forced us to leave our rooms, although it was quickly controlled, it was something that left us worried, the hotel also suffered from a power outage and on the last day during our stay, the elevator was disabled for hours, forcing us to use the stairs.As for the bathroom, the lack of a door or curtain in the shower box leaves the outside floor wet, making it inconvenient when getting out of the shower.

Loved the bathroom and just how the room was decorated and spacious!

Really comfortable stay: great bed, nice quality sheets, strong shower pressure, good breakfast buffet. We were concerned about lack of parking but the hotel can arrange for an extra $15 or if you are lucky you can park at the front.

Nothing, it was great from start to finish.

the hotel is not luxurious by any stretch but it meets expectations for the price. The location is excellent. The staff very friendly.

The bath fosset was broken as well as the soap holder.You could hear noises from other rooms and from the outside (vacuum cleaning 9am)

Comfortable stay for 1 night in Montevideo. Good breakfast.

Not enough parking spaces, but was ok to find a place to park the car nearby in the street
