Regency Park Hotel

Location is great, close to all vineyards. The hotel itself is a bit old, everything kind of broken, door knobs, elevator...needs real maintenance. Premises not very clean...it was inexpensive, so we were ok with it, but wouldn't stay there again.

Needs maintenance. Everything was old, needed repair, bathroom door wouldn't lock, bathtub black and mucky, elevator broke the entire time, breakfast venue had dirty floor and trash thrown on the sides...just a hotel that must have been good, but needed urgent repair and cleaning!

There was no sign by the highway roundabout and we and our friends in another car missed the road and took the highway out. A big detour that could have been avoided if there had been a sign. Also, the desk clerk confused pesos with dollars telling us we needed to pay 2000 dollars which was a stressful moment.

Out of town location in the rural area. Fantastic breakfast, great swimming pool

Great room size, comfortable bed, very helpful staff. Great surroundings too, fields, vineyard, horses

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean and airy. Loved the whole experience

There is not much of a variety. Took way to long for service, they didn't have any afternoon snacks. The bakery in the morning was terrible. They honestly need to change their bakery.

The place is wonderful, in the middle of nature. The facilities are very good. It's close to the airport.

The bathroom was not as clean as one would expect in a hotel like this...

The place was excellent.

Location is within a guarded area. This is great, but google maps routes you around in circles. Look at the map and drive to the hotel. When you get to the guard shack, tell them your a hotel guest and they will let you pass.

Indoor pool , jacuzzi

The bathroom got flooding when we were showering , extremely dangerous to access the shower. The bathroom windows was not good at all since anybody could have watch us showering from the outside. The Room # 1 sucks.

The hotel is surrounded by rolling hills and horse farms. Bicycles are available, and a large pool for lap swimming. Breakfast is open for hours and has huge variety including cooked food and fruit and healthy smoothies. The rooms are large and comfortable. It is very near the airport.

The hotel looks and feel better than on the images. The location it is not directly in the city, however it is nice and the garden and outside area are marvelous. Also the staf was very friendly. We liked especially the comfy bed, the cleanliness of the room and the view into the garden.

Absolutely nothing to complain.

The location is very good to rest before a connection flight as it is very near to the airport, however to visit Montevideo downtown is very far was. and the cost of taxi or uber is very high at this time.

Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy.There was a bit of all but nothing that stand out.Toaster didn't work, and eggs were raw.I have definitely had better breakfast in other hotels

In our bathroom window there was a bee panel, so we couldn't open it. Restaurant was really slow to complete the orders. The food was really good, but it took forever to arrive.

The hotel is located at a complex called ZonAmerica or Zona America... All I can say is that the beauty of the landscape is tremendous, huge complex with bicycles you can get to go around the place and have a good time. I really love how the hotel is well positioned.

It is far from downtown Montevidéo, however, for those travelers that are not seeking the downtown madness, this is their perfect spot. Can't do it without a rental car though, you can't just rely on Uber for this, everything is far. But worth it, in my opinion. One thing they could do better is with regards to the anti bugs screen, our rooms all had it, but broken, and there´s a lot of "pernilongos" that can make your stay a nightmare, ask for an SBP, bug killer spray.

The hotel is a bit further from the city center, but is located in a gated community which is great for security and had beautiful grounds. A relaxing place to arrive after a busy day in the city. They offer also bikes so you can use it and enjoy the lovely property. They offer also internal heated pool which is great for colder days. Easy access to the road.

The outside pool was not cleaned every day, so it looked like it could use some work on that. The breakfast was not vegan friendly, I had to bring my own milk.

Was out of the the city and the room was big

Breakfast during the week was very weak, Saturday it was better. Expensive for the stay and facilities

Nice hotel, large rooms, decent breakfast and good Internet

The AC quit working. Fortunately it wasn’t too hot.

Property was well located and very accessible.

Staff was awesome so as the food.
