Friendly receptionists, good location in POCITOS

Lack of electrical plugs in 5th floor room.. Breakfast starts late, around 8 am

The Suite is nice size. Love to have the coffee at the balcony. The hotel doesn't face the ocean but only 2 blocks away from the ocean front traffic noise. Room is cleaned daily. Shower is good strong water. Definitely worth the value.

Location is convenient, just 5 minute walk to Pocitos, 20 minute from Parque Rodo'.Many restaurants and supermarkets nearby.Cleaning staff is efficient and work out properly.

Breakfast: The selection was mostly sugary items, lacking natural options like whole grain cereals and yogurt. The bread was pre-packaged, and there were limited choices for fresh fruit and no milk available. I was also surprised that the trays weren't replenished; for instance, once the cheese and yogurt ran out, there were no replacements.

I liked the water pressure (which seems to be rare here) and staff was great while location was amazing

Everything: the location is the best because it's close to everything; you can literally walk anywhere. The room was super comfortable and clean, and the gym was also great for keeping up with my routine. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and above all, very helpful in giving me directions and recommendations about Montevideo. Very friendly and respectful.

A bit of sewer smell coming out of the sink in the room and a bit noisy at night (a noise coming from the building)

Excellent basic accommodation for value-conscious travelers. Safe neighborhood, well situated for walking (rambla, Parque de Villa Biarritz, Punta Carretas Shopping, cafes and restaurants), public transportation and much more. Comfortable, clean rooms with kitchenette, comfortable beds, TV, table and desk. Gym and sun deck on Floor 11. Breakfast area and work counter on ground level.

Not a criticism but comment about expectations: This hotel is an excellent value, but the low price point requires the hotel to limit frills/extras. Everything essential is provided but if you need a lot of creature comforts or services, there are other options close by (but expect to pay more).

The private floor wifi did not work, and I had to go to the main floor if I wanted a private connection. The location is nice, but a bit far from the center of town. However, in general, a very good place to stay..

Good location, close to restaurants, markets, parks and public transportation. Spacious room with kitchenette. Excellent value for budget travelers. Checks all boxes for essentials.

We had a lovely room, the shower was great, location was good, close to the waterfront with lots of eating places close by, plus a bank and supermarket.

Kitchenette could have been better stocked, no toaster or washing up liquid/tea towel, etc.

The location - considered safe by locals.

Had stayed here before. This time round, the toilet vase and bidet had sealants at their bases which appeared to be amateurish and leaking. That would explain the smell.

The room is spacious, the shower is good and the hotel is well located in an area considered by the locals to be safe.

Cleaning - there was smelly rust from under the table which had a metal base. Internet signal was weak but was corrected.

The staff. Andres made my stay delightful. Everyone was kind and took care of me quickly. I loved my room. Only minus was no balcony.

Only wish there had been a pool and balcony.

Andreas was fabulous and very helpful and friendly. He offered to help me book events since day 1. Very informative on restaurants and laundry services upon other things. Really makes your stay easy.

Price and neighbourhood

No soap in the bathroom. No plug near bed. Only one little towel the first day. Smelly and with holes in the wall. Wifi didnt even work. 4 stars??

My room was sparkling clean. The location .,.next door to Stella Artois ( best food ever), close to the beach, close to several great restaurants. Exceptional staff. I felt cared for.

Mold on falling down drapes. Puddle in the bathroom. Burned out lightbulb.
