The price, the location, and the breakfast.

The front door did not have a lock or a peep-hole, very insecure. The pool was a bit tiny, and the filtering system did not operate. It had a hose to fill it up. I was expecting a shower, not a tub.

Nice location, good room and excellent breakfast.

The location is great.

The second floor (where my room was) had a funny smell that was very annoying. The room could have been cleaner. The breakfast wasn’t good. The medialunas were dry, the fruit was not ripe and some of the pastries were old.

The location of the hotel is great, walking distance from Punta Carretas Shopping and many stores and restaurants close by. The breakfast can be improved. Otherwise, the hotel is very goog and I would stay there again for sure.

As I mentioned the breakfast can be improved.

The breakfast was good, it had quite a bit of variety. The room was clean, everything worked properly, and the staff was friendly and eager to help you in case of any inconvenience. I would probably stay here again!

This property needs to be refreshed urgently.

The corridors smell bad, the property has a serious mold problem, including in the rooms. The internet is very bad. The breakfast is very basic and limited.

Friendly staff, great location, fair breakfast, good rates if you shop around.

The room, I came here before and it was way better because I got the ones in the corner with the full sized window. I did not expect to be such a big difference between those rooms and the others like the one that i satyed in. Try to improve them, at least so that there is not much difference.

The bathroom was narrow, the lavabo broken, so that the water was dropping to the floor, the hot water in shower and lavabo was very hard to regulate (either boiling or cold). Things were repared with poorly quality and bad finishing. In general mantainance could be better.

Room was boiling hot for some reason and AC did not work... We paid parking but when we got back, there was no room for our car and we had to leave our keys with no guarantee (it's 3rd party)Shower had excellent pressure, however we had to try 100 times to get it to a good temperature as it was also boiling hot.We got to the room late, just wanted to shower and sleep, did not have much time to complain at the front desk, needless to say we did not sleep well.Opening windows was not an option as the street noise is way too loud.

Apart from the maintenance issues mentioned below, the beds were comfortable, water pressure very good and the room was clean.

1.The room temperature control button was not working. Maintenance was called but failed to arrive.2.The overhead ceiling duct fan was noisy. It had to be turned off at night, which also disabled the heating.3.Only one towel hook was provided in the bathroom. There were no towel rails. We required more hooks and at least two towel rails.4.Only one glass was provided in the bathroom. Two glasses were needed.5.The soap provided was quite small for body use (6 cm in length), and only two bars were supplied.6.The left toilet flush button needed to be pressed twice to stop the cistern from filling.7.I bumped my head on the very low shelf above the bathroom basin while leaning forward to wash my face. A shelf in that position is uncomfortable, poorly considered, and likely to cause accidents.8.The bathroom light switch was located outside the bathroom, in the hallway. It was switched off by mistake, leaving the person inside in the dark.9.No extractor fan was installed in the bathroom.10.One of the two glasses on top of the minibar had lip marks on it and had not been washed.11.Only one wall socket was available in the bedroom.12.The sole wall socket was so worn that the plug would fall out under its own weight unless propped up with a book. Maintenance was called and it was eventually repaired.13.Internet speed was inconsistent and generally slow.14.Only one armchair was provided in the room. Two were needed.15.There was no floor carpet; instead, we had to walk on uninviting PVC laminated flooring.16.There was no car park on the hotel premises. Offsite parking was available at USD 15 per 24-hour stay.17.The paintwork in the room had visible stains on the wall beneath the mounted TV.18.The desk had several chips and scratches on it.19.There was very limited horizontal surface space in the room for placing personal items.20. Our room's electronic key card lock malfunctioned, resulting in an approximate 40' delay to access.

Location is amazing! Near everything, shopping, services, parks, the rambla, restaurants. The spa was also a plus, great for relaxing after a day out.
