It was clean, modern, good breakfast, location for what I need was so good and the staff very kind

Coffee maker in the room

Location and facilities are the strongest points. It is near by a Shopping, there is also a supermarket inside. Around the hotel it is easy to walk and find many good restaurants and coffee shops.

It is a little bit expensive. But not so much compared to Montevideo accomodations options.

Everything was perfect during my stay at the hotel (accommodation and outstanding location). I would like to highlight the excellent support provided by Javier (receptionist), who assisted me throughout my stay. He was especially helpful as I was traveling to a meeting outside Montevideo and needed support with both my room and transportation to the location.

Amazing location, friendly staff, great breakfast offering. Could not have been happier with our stay. We had to change our booking from another hotel at the last minute and we are so happy we did.

Only thing that could have been better was that the exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken.

Odd that provided only polystyrene cups in room and not mugs, when all other equipment was of good quality..

Breakfast was exceptional.

Avoid the second floor as the gym area is there and there's no door on it so the noise carries all the way down the hall.

Hotel located right across the road from a huge shopping center. Close to the beach. Especially suitable for sleeping and walking. Clean, comfortable hotel. Breakfast is okay (with vegetables and fruits). Excellent location for those looking for shopping and lots of pubs and restaurants on the street. This area is better than the old city and the port. A newer area is more modern and more sympathetic.

Staff very helpful. Location close to shopping centre and restaurants. Fairly quiet area.

The room window makes noise in the wind as cannot be fixed. The air conditioner has bright light that cannot be turned off. Breakfast had limited choice though what they had was ok.

Everything was very good, great location, breakfast, most staff very cordial. Highly recommended.

The room was a bit small, and the garage was too tight.

The location is in a nice neighborhood, close to many restaurants and shopping, and is very safe at all hours. The Staff was exceptional!!! Very friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious and well decorated with a great view of the city especially at night.

My stay was very enjoyable so these two are extremely minor points; had some troubles initially with my TV, but Walter was quick to help resolve this issue. The second, the breakfast was fine but possibly could have offered a bit more. Examples; Bacon, Gravy, Sausage….but that’s more for American taste, so no real issues at all.

Nice and quiet hotel in a good area with lots of restaurants and a huge shopping mall. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with fresh fruit and various things for everyone’s needs.

The elevator was a bit slow, but generally all was good :)

No mosquito nets on the windows, despite the nice temperatures we could not open the windows because of many mosquitoes outside - otherwise all very good

Very comfy, I liked the bathroom size, it was more comfortable than what you usually find in hotels in this city. Very clean and spacious.

I think everything went well, I don't think I have any complaints, they even arranged a taxi for me at a very good place.

Location is great, nice restaurants and sea nearby. Room is very nice and clean, has all amenities, wardrobe, very nice bathroom. everything is on the level, especially the staff. Will return here for sure.

Breakfast was quite good although maybe the coffee could be better. Location was close to the mall which had some good food options . The young guy on in the afternoon/evening was very helpful and also had a good sense of humour

1. Not clean - I checked in right after my room had been cleaned. I found slices of salami stuck to the floor beside the bed. Does the staff not check??2. Bed sheets had massive brown stains on them!! Eww!!3. Water from the bathing area leaked constantly! They really need to get this looked into as I am not the first one pointing this out.
