Beautiful room, great value. Workout facilities

Neighborhood wasn’t that great; rundown and sketchy after dark.

Staff were professional. Rooms are exactly same as the pictures. Clean. Comfortable.

Selected and paid for Breakfast with bookingCo. To find out per hotel reception/staff stated i did not and wanted to charge additional Breakfast fee which I declined. Lost $28 and was not refunded for paid Breakfast. Reviewed receipt for confirmation Breakfast was selected.

Wonderful helpful staff, great location for walking to the Rio Plata, city center or old city.

It is very central if you want to be downtown. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very confortable and has everything you need. The restaurant was very good and nice also.

OUTSTANDING MODERN BOUTIQUE HOTEL. Very clean room and bath, comfy bed, strong WiFi, daily housekeeping, AC/heat very functional, 24/7 reception, staff (both reception and house staff) are very courteous and accommodating. Breakfast is very ample, good fresh brewed coffee, good balanced selection of hot and cold food.

Great Location and the room was a very nice size and comfortable. Didn't eat breatfast there becasue it is close to a lot of cafes

Modern room and furniture, great view of downtown from my room on the 9th floor, excellent breakfast. The staff was very professional and kind. The location could not be better, in between the old city and downtown.

Front desk staff are exceptional, room was spacious with view of city accented by a huge leafy tree, restaurant was open for breakfast buffet but also lunch and dinner, hotel offers room service. Housekeeping was attentive and efficient. We stayed ten days.

The location was good. It was walking distance to all the restaurants.

Dead roach in the room. Live roach in the hallway outside the room. Flies around the shower drain. Overall, in poor shape and not clean. I took a video of the live roach in the hallway and showed it to the staff, and a few hours later, it was still there!The management reached out to me within two days and apologized for the conditions. They sounded sincere about changing those conditions and improving the cleanliness of the hotel. I truly appreciate their response and I believe it’s a sign of their authenticity. I would stay at a smart hotel again if I have the option.

Although the room was cleaned daily, twice I had to request for basic toiletries.

Our room was comfortable and spacious including a seating area. The bed firm, which we like. From our front of building upper floor room we had a side view of Palacio Salvo one of Montevideo's main "carte postals" as the Brazilian say and a front view out over the Mar del Plata. I rated the location a 9 and that's because this is right in the city centre, it's less good if you're here for the beaches. The location is spot on for catching the whole of the "hop on hop off" bus route beginning to end. We used the rooftop gym on a rainy morning which we enjoyed.

The Hotel didn't have much common space, just a 3 person sofa in reception. The breakfast room is a little crowded so you have to have breakfast in shifts, but, no big deal. No ramp from the outside so some heavy lifting needed up a few steps if you've got big cases, we didn't. Because it's the city centre the area is a bit dead on Sundays and looks a little downbeat then with all the shop shutters and many restaurants and bars closed that day.

Clean and modern option near Ciudad Vieja.

No real negatives.

Spacious, well equipped rooms in a central location, within walking distance of the old town.

The bathroom was poorly designed with little counter space and placement of the sink made it impossible not to get water all over the mirror and floor.

Room was spacious, comfortable, clean with great views. Staff (Juan was terrific as was another fellow...Juan's supervisor??), hotel located in terrific location...Old city, lots of restaurant choices nearby...highly recommend
