Palladium Business Hotel

Very good breakfast and the free coffee in the reception was very welcome

The restaurant menu could be a little more international.

I expected more from a hotel that promotes itself as a business hotel.

The hotel has no policy regarding noisy parties in the rooms at night, so no measures to enforce order are taken. There was loud music all night long in the room next to us, and nobody did much to mitigate the problem.

Electrical outlets had poor conductivity, there was an electrical shutdown without previous notice, poor cleaning service routine

I honestly liked the staff. They were very helpful And quick to resolve any issues.

The hotel itself is old and outdated so the facilities were what really disappointed me. Ten toilets were not flushing properly so it regularly clogged. The bathroom was extremely small and the taps were not woking properly. There were some cracks in the tiles that were hideous and made the bathroom look dirty even though it was clean. Even the mattress and pillows felt like they were try to get every remaining ounce of life out of it.

Although the room was spacious it lacked a comfortable armchair to relax and read inside

The room and bed were good. But the gym was really bad, and small room with 2 old treamill y some dumbbells. There is no Spa, just the rooftop pool, with cold water. The breakfast is not included.

Everyone was very helpful especially those that worked in the restaurant. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety not just cereal and fruit but bacon, sausage, scrambled egg and a variety of potatoes. The seafront is close for a brisk morning walk and very little traffic noise. The room was well appointed and water replenished in the fridge daily.

I honestly can't think of any.

The only fault was the lack of parking. The staff exceptional! Will highly recommend. Roof top pool nice touch. Location fantastic. Walking distance to many things

Location is misleading. Pictures show a view to the Buceo port which is not true. The hotel is old and the cleaning was poor. No parking but two spots only. The swimming pool is a joke :(

Very well located. Close to nice restaurants and a shopping, with direct access to the Rambla. The staff was very helpful and kind.

The walls and doors are thin, and if you happen to have noisy neighbors, it becomes a nightmare. Fortunately the personnel acted and contained a very loud person at 1:30am…Also, when we arrived the room was ready and available, but they would have charged us 30usd if we chose to enter before check in time. In many 5 stars hotels, they allow you to do an early check in of the room is available and ready.

The location was very convenient, the bed was comfortable, and the reception had an attractive decor.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired. There was a noticeable build-up of dirt in various places: the blackout chain was sticky, the phone had grime adhered to it, and in general, there seemed to be old dust on surfaces. When we first entered the room, there was a strong sewer smell, although they quickly moved us to another room. However, in the new room, we found numerous hairs in the bathroom, and the bidet had green mold. Additionally, the soundproofing was inadequate, and we could hear almost everything within the hotel.Regarding the parking, we had paid for the underground lot, but it only had three very narrow spaces, making it nearly impossible to maneuver, especially with larger vehicles. They refunded our money after we couldn’t park. Later, we found out there were outdoor parking options at a lower cost, but we weren’t informed of this beforehand.

Location, safety, clean

Location is the plus point of this hotel. 8 mins walking distance to the Montevideo Shopping and 3 mins walking to the beach. Paid parking is available, but must reserve and limited space. The room are spacious with very basic amenities. No iron and ironing board, but a closet and safe box are available.

I don't know why they did not provide floor mat for the bathroom, since it is a safety risk for slippery floor so a towel had to be used for the floor. Breakfast lacks options, the same everyday. Was not offered anything else other than the buffet that did not have eggs, the staff didn't bother asking, I guess I was invisible.

Everything: great facilities and amazing locations. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
